Abstract

Efisiensi pada proses maintenance menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan agar downtime yang terjadi tidak terlalu berlebih akibat adanya waste yang terjadi selama proses tersebut berjalan. Pendekatan Lean maintenance diperlukan untuk mengurangi pemborosan yang dihasilkan dalam proses maintenance dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang tidak bernilai tambah. Selain kelancaran proses maintenance, nilai efisiensi terhadap pembiayaan juga perlu dilakukan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen secara ekonomis. Metode analisis biaya akan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan pembiayaan dengan aktivitas yang dilakukan menggunakan Process and Time Driven Activity Based Costing. Berdasarkan hasil maintenance value stream mapping didapatkan waste yang terjadi berupa centralized maintenance, ineffective data management, poor inventory management, poor maintenance, under-utilizaion of resource, dan waiting for maintenance resources. Terdapat 3 alternatif perbaikan yang diusulkan dan metode PUGH digunakan untuk membandingkan antar alternatif atau gabungan alternatif dan terpilih nilai tertinggi pada kombinasi ketiga alternatif yaitu melaksanakan Internal Training dan adanya standar baku perawatan kepada Teknisi maintenance, Supervisor dan Operator mesin, pembuatan sistem IT terintegrasi eMaintenance dan pembuatan database inventaris peralatan serta sparepart. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu pengurangan waktu proses hingga 30 menit pada kegiatan yang bersifat administratif, biaya corrective maintenance berkurang hingga sebesar 64% dan maintenance efficiency preventive maintenance meningkat sebesar 18% dan pada corrective maintenance sebesar 48%.

Efficiency in the maintenance process is something that must be considered so that the downtime that occurs is not too excessive due to waste that occurs during the process. The Lean maintenance approach is needed to reduce waste generated in the maintenance process by identifying activities that are not value-added. In addition to the smooth maintenance process, the value of efficiency towards financing also needs to be carried out as a consideration for management economically. The cost analysis method will be carried out by integrating financing with activities carried out using Process and Time Driven Activity Based Costing. Based on the results of maintenance value stream mapping, waste is obtained in the form of centralized maintenance, ineffective data management, poor inventory management, poor maintenance, under-utilizaion of resources, and waiting for maintenance resources. There are 3 alternative improvements proposed and the PUGH method is used to compare between alternatives or combinations of alternatives and the highest value is selected in the combination of the three alternatives, namely carrying out Internal Training and the existence of standard maintenance standards for maintenance technicians, supervisors and machine operators, making an integrated IT system eMaintenance and making inventory databases of equipment and spare parts. The results obtained were a reduction in process time of up to 30 minutes in administrative activities, corrective maintenance costs were reduced by 64% and maintenance efficiency preventive maintenance increased by 18% and corrective maintenance by 48%.
