Abstract
PT. XYZ bergerak dibidang indsutri otomotif mengimplementasikan ERP SAP pada tahun 2023 untuk memperlancar proses operasional. Namun dalam praktiknya, berdasarkan informasi yang dilaporkan oleh pengguna bahwa implementasi SAP masih terdapat beberapa issue yaitu permasalahan migrasi data dalam kesesuaian mentransfer data, setelah Go Live masih ditemukan bug pada transaksi tertentu dan banyaknya change request oleh pengguna, terdapat perubahan yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik mengakibatkan pengguna tidak dapat memahami proses tersebut, hingga security pada sistem belum menjamin bahwa data yang ada sudah terlindungi karena adanya integrasi dengan sitem lain. Hal tersebut membuat peneliti selaku tim develop dan support melakukan analisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam penerimaan pengguna teknologi sistem ERP SAP pada area logistik Sales Operation PT.XYZ dengan metode UTAUT2. Terkait dengan kondisi yang ada di perusahaan, peneliti menghilangkan social influence dan price value serta menambahkan variabel perceived security. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan survei kepada 100 responden dengan pengguna ERP SAP di PT. XYZ se-Indonesia khususnya area logistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signfikan dalam penerimaan teknologi ERP SAP ini yaitu terkait Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Behavioral Intention, dan Perceived Security. Peneliti merekomendasikan terkait keempat faktor tersebut sebaiknya untuk dapat lebih diperhatikan saat ini oleh penyedia sistem ERP SAP sebagai bahan lanjutan untuk strategi implementasi maupun pengembangan sistem ERP SAP selanjutnya.

PT. XYZ operates in the automotive industry and implemented SAP ERP in 2023 to streamline operation process. However, in practice, user reports indicate several issues with the SAP implementation, including problems in data migration related to data transfer accuracy, persistent bugs in certain transactions after the Go Live phase, and numerous user change request. Additionally, undocumented changes have led to difficulties for users in understanding process, and system security has not fully ensured data protection due to integration with other systems. These challenges prompted the researcher, as part of the development and support team, to analyze the factors influencing user acceptance of the SAP ERP system in the Sales Operation logictics area of PT. XYZ using the UTAUT2 model. Considering the company's conditions, the researcher excluded the variables of social influence and price value and added perceived security as a new variable. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the PLS-SEM method. The study employed a survey approach involving 100 respondents who user SAP ERP accross PT. XYZ in Indonesia, particulary in the logistics area. The findings reveal that several factors significantly affect the acceptance of SAP ERP technology, namely Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Behavioral Intention, and Perceived Security. The researcher recommends that these four factors receive greater attention from SAP ERP providers as a basis for future implementation strategies and system development.
