Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur Bandar Udara VVIP di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) memerlukan perencanaan sistem drainase yang andal dan terintegrasi untuk menjamin keamanan operasional penerbangan dari ancaman genangan. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan merencanakan sistem drainase yang efektif, meliputi drainase dalam kawasan (permukaan dan bawah permukaan) serta drainase luar kawasan untuk pengalihan aliran sungai di sekitar area operasional. Jaringan drainase terdiri atas dua sistem pembuangan, yaitu menuju sungai kiri dan sungai kanan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis hidrologi untuk menentukan debit banjir rencana menggunakan curah hujan rencana periode ulang 10 tahun, yang didapatkan sebesar 142,62 mm. Perhitungan debit banjir rencana gabungan terbesar dalam kawasan mencapai 12,37 m^3/s. Desain saluran permukaan direncanakan berbentuk u-ditch, box culvert, dan trapesium beton, sementara saluran bawah permukaan menggunakan pipa HDPE perforated dan non-perforated dengan diameter 0,6 m dan 1,0 m. Debit aliran dari dalam dan luar kawasan yang dialirkan ke sungai kiri sebesar 23,039 m^3/s, sedangkan yang dialirkan ke sungai kanan sebesar 14,814 m^3/s. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa elevasi dasar saluran pembuangan di hilir (elevasi +3,00 m) berada di atas elevasi muka air sungai pembuangan dan elevasi pasang air laut maksimum (+1,691 m). Kondisi ini memastikan air dapat mengalir secara gravitasi dan sistem drainase secara keseluruhan tidak mengalami backwater. Sebagai upaya mitigasi dan konservasi jangka panjang, direkomendasikan pembangunan dua kolam tampung di sisi kiri dan kanan dengan total kapasitas tampung 225.000 m^3.

The development of the VVIP Airport infrastructure in the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) requires a reliable and integrated drainage system to ensure flight operational safety from the risk of waterlogging. This final project aims to design an effective drainage system, including internal drainage within the airport area (surface and subsurface drainage) as well as external drainage for diverting river flows around the operational area. The drainage network consists of two discharge systems, namely outlets to the left river and the right river. The methodology applied involves hydrological analysis to determine the design flood discharge using a 10 year return period rainfall, which was obtained as 142,62 mm. The maximum combined design flood discharge within the airport area reaches 12,37 m³/s. Surface drainage channels are designed in the form of U-ditch, box culvert, and concrete trapezoidal channels, while subsurface drainage utilizes perforated and non-perforated HDPE pipes with diameters of 0,6 m and 1,0 m. The total discharge from both internal and external areas directed to the left river is 23,039 m³/s, while the discharge directed to the right river is 14,814 m³/s. The design results indicate that the downstream channel invert elevation (+3,00 m) is higher than both the receiving river water level and the maximum tidal water level (+1,691 m). This condition ensures gravity flow and prevents backwater throughout the drainage system. As a long-term mitigation and conservation measure, the construction of two detention ponds on the left and right sides of the airport is recommended, with a total storage capacity of 225.000 m³.
