Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Toll Road Development of Semarang – Demak 1C merupakan bagian dari Proyek Strategi Nasional (PSN). Bagian dari proyek pembangunan yang akan dibahas dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah pembangunan Rumah Pompa dan Tanggul di daerah Terboyo dan Sriwulan; total volume tampungan 6.717.470 m3 di Kolam Retensi Terboyo dan 1.100.000 m3di Kolam Retensi Sriwulan. Hasil uji test bore log menunjukkan bahwa tanah di kawasan tersebut dominan tanah lempung dengan daya dukung tanah yang sangat rendah, dimana nilai N-SPT > 10 baru didapatkan di kedalaman lebih dari 30 meter. Pada perencanaan pembangunan rumah pompa diperlukan konstruksi penahan tanah berupa Secant Pile primer dengan diameter = 800 mm, L 25 m, mutu beton f’c = 15 Mpa, n = 101 titik dan Secant Pile Sekunder dengan diameter = 1200 mm, L = 47 m, mutu beton f’c = 35 Mpa, n = 102 titik.Dengan kondisi tanah yang sangat lunak terdapat permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan pengecoran Secant Pile Primer maupun Secant Pile Sekunder. Permasalahannya adalah terjadi kelonsoran pada saat proses pengecoran Secant Pile Primer maupun Sekunder. Untuk itu dilakukan analisis terhadap secant pile eksisting dan akan diberi tambahan perkuatan tambahan jika diperlukan.Alternatif perencanaan konstruksi penahan tanah diaphragma wall dan steel pipe sheet pile juga dilakukan. Pemilihan struktur perkuatan yang paling efisien akan ditentukan berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan. Evaluasi perkuatan tanggul eksisting dilakukan untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan perencanaan alternatif yang menggunakan kombinasi Bronjong, Geotextile dan Cerucuk (Micropiles). Selain itu kemiringan tanggul akan dibuat lebih tegak mengingat kemiringan tanggul eksisting terlalu landai. Dari Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan hasil evaluasi penyebab kelongsoran pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi perkuatan secant pile di Rumah Pompa, perencanaan lternatif perkuatan konstruksi penahan tanah di Rumah Pompa dengan menggunakan diaphragma wall, perencanaan alternatif perkuatan konstruksi penahan tanah di Rumah Pompa dengan menggunakan spun pile serta Perencanaan alternatif perkuatan tanggul dengan menggunakan kombinasi bronjong, geotextile dan cerucuk (micropile).

The Semarang-Demak 1C Toll Road Development Project is part of the National Strategic Project (PSN). The portion of the development project that will be discussed in this Final Project is the construction of Pump Houses and Embankments in the Terboyo and Sriwulan areas, with a total storage volume of 6,717,470 m³ in the Terboyo Retention Pond and 1,100,000 m³ in the Sriwulan Retention Pond. Bore log test results indicate that the soil in the area is predominantly clay with very low bearing capacity, where N-SPT values > 10 are only obtained at depths exceeding 30 meters. In planning the pump house construction, a soil retaining structure is required in the form of Primary Secant Piles with diameter = 800 mm, L= 25 m, concrete grade f'c = 15 MPa, n = 101 points, and Secondary Secant Piles with diameter = 1,200 mm, L = 47 m, concrete grade f'c = 35 MPa, n = 102 points. Given the extremely soft soil conditions, problems arise during the mplementation of both Primary and Secondary Secant Pile concreting. The main issue is the occurrence of collapse during the concreting process of both Primary and Secondary Secant Piles. Therefore, an analysis of the existing secant piles will be conducted, and additional reinforcement will be provided if necessary.Alternative planning for soil retaining structures using diaphragm walls and steel pipe sheet pile will also be performed. The selection of the most efficient reinforcement structure will be determined based on the results of the conducted analysis. An evaluation of the existing embankment reinforcement will be carried out and then compared with alternative planning that uses a combination of Gabions, Geotextiles, and Mini Piles (Micropiles). Additionally, the embankment slope will be made steeper considering that the existing embankment slope is too gentle. This Final Project outcomes are the evaluation results of the causes of slope failure during the construction implementation of secant pile reinforcement at the Pump House, alternative design planning for retaining wall construction reinforcement at the Pump House using diaphragm wall, alternative design planning for retaining wall construction reinforcement at the Pump House using spun pile, and alternative design planning forembankment reinforcement using a combination of gabion, geotextile, and cerucuk(micropile).that the addition of an exogenous variable in the form of the rupiah exchange rate plays an important role in improving the accuracy of cooking oil price forecasts.
