Abstract

Interchange Kota Satelit merupakan simpang susun strategis di ruas Jalan Tol Surabaya–Gempol yang berperan dalam mendukung konektivitas antarwilayah. Pada lokasi tersebut ditemukan amblesan pada bahu jalan sisi kiri sepanjang 200 meter, diduga akibat sistem drainase yang tidak memadai sehingga aliran air hujan tidak termanajemen dengan baik dan berpotensi mengganggu arus lalu lintas dan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab amblesan, merencanakan solusi perkuatan tanah timbunan dengan dan tanpa analisis manajemen air hujan yang disertai dengan perencanaan sistem drainase. Data sekunder berupa hasil uji boring log untuk menganalisis karakteristik tanah di setiap lapisan, serta mengevaluasi stabilitas timbunan secara perhitungan manual dan melalui program bantu GEO5 sesuai acuan SNI 8460:2017. Hasil analisis tersebut menjadi dasar perencanaan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan, tanpa mengganggu aktivitas jalan tol. Hasil investigasi tanah menunjukkan bahwa area tersebut didominasi tanah lempung hingga kedalaman 30 meter dengan daya dukung rendah dan sangat jenuh. Didapatkan tinggi hujan rencana dari data hujan harian di area sekitar amblesan selama dua puluh tahun terakhir sebesar 105,3 mm/hari. Dua alternatif perkuatan yang direncanakan pada sisi kanan dan kiri timbunan meliputi perkuatan bored pile yang mampu menahan beban hingga ke lapisan tanah keras, serta soil nailing yang dikombinasikan dengan shotcrete untuk meningkatkan stabilitas tanah. Perencanaan perkuatan timbunan sisi kiri berupa bored pile pada prinsip cerucuk dibutuhkan sebanyak 3 tiang/meter (dengan manajemen air hujan), dan 5 tiang/meter (tanpa manajemen air hujan). Sedangkan, pada prinsip secant pile direncanakan 1 tiang/meter (dengan dan tanpa manajemen air hujan). Perkuatan soil nailing direncanakan sebanyak 3 buah/meter pada kondisi dengan dan tanpa manajemen air hujan. Dikarenakan timbunan bersifat homogen, hasil perencanaan perkuatan tersebut juga diterapkan pada timbunan sisi kanan di sepanjang 107 meter. Perkuatan soil nailing dengan analisis manajemen air hujan merupakan alternatif perkuatan terpilih dengan total biaya material paling efisien, yaitu sebesar Rp1.104.161.632.

The Kota Satelit Interchange, a strategic intersection on the Surabaya-Gempol Toll Road that serves an important role in regional connectivity. A landslide occurred along a 200-meter section on the left shoulder of the road, potentially disrupting traffic flow and road user safety. Presumably caused by inadequate rainwater drainage, this study aimed to identify the causes, plan soil reinforcement solutions with and without rainwater management, accompanied by drainage system planning. The Methodology used boring log data, with evaluate the stability of the embankment through manual calculations and GEO5 software program per SNI 8460:2017. The results of the analysis formed the basis for planning that was adapted to field conditions without disrupting toll road activities. The soil investigation results showed that the area was dominated by clay soil to a depth of 30 meters with low bearing capacity and was very saturated. The planned rainfall was obtained from daily rainfall data in the area around the subsidence over the last twenty years, which was 105.3 mm/day. Two reinforcement alternatives planned on the right and left sides of the embankment include bored pile reinforcement capable of withstanding loads up to the hard soil layer, and soil nailing combined with shotcrete to improve soil stability. The reinforcement plan for the left side embankment in the form of bored piles requires 3 piles/meter (with rainwater management) and 5 piles/meter (without rainwater management). Meanwhile, on the secant pile principle, 1 pile/meter is planned (with and without rainwater management). Soil nailing reinforcement is planned to be 3 pieces/meter in both conditions. Because the embankment is homogeneous, the results of the reinforcement planning are also applied to the right side embankment along 107 meters. Soil nailing reinforcement with rainwater management analysis is the selected reinforcement alternative with the most efficient total material cost, amounting to IDR 1,104,161,632.
