Abstract
Material timbunan limestone merupakan material utama dalam proyek Pembangunan Reklamasi Pulau Seitiga di Terminal Manyar Pelabuhan Gresik. Penelitian ini membahas signifikansi realisasi metode pelaksanaan di lapangan, pengendalian manajemen proyek dan penerapan K3L. Sesuai dengan dokumen teknis diharapkan signifikansi dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan tidak memiliki prosentase yang jauh berbeda.. Hasil dari pengamatan praktik keinsinyuran didapatkan prosentase signifikansi metode pelaksanaan penimbunan adalah 85,87%. Hasil untuk manajemen proyek didapatkan bahwa terdapat keterlambatan pekerjaan pada minggu ke-94 hingga minggu ke-100. Terdapat keterlambatan karena adanya pembatasan jam operasional pengangkutan material timbunan. Mutu material timbunan limestone dan batu pecah yang digunakan telah melalui diuji laboratorium dan memenuhi spesifikasi. Penerapan K3L sudah diimplementasikan sesuasi dengan HSE plan proyek reklamasi yang mengacu pada Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, Standart ISO 45001:2018 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi metode pelaksanaan, pengendalian manajemen proyek, dan penerapan K3L sudah mencerminkan implementasi kode etik insinyur dan sikap profesionalisme.

Limestone fill material is the primary material used in the Triangel Island Reclamation Project at Manyar Terminal, Gresik Port. This study evaluates the significance of field implementation of construction methods, project management control, and the application of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Based on technical documents, the planned and actual implementation were expected to show no significant deviation. Field engineering observations indicate that the conformity level of the filling method implementation reached 85.87%. Project management analysis identified work delays occurring between weeks 94 and 100, primarily caused by restrictions on the operational hours of fill material transportation. Laboratory test results confirmed that the limestone fill and crushed stone materials met the specified quality requirements. The implementation of HSE has been carried out in accordance with the project’s HSE Plan, which refers to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The results demonstrate that the construction method implementation, project management control, and HSE application reflect compliance with engineering ethics and professional conduct.
