Abstract
Dermaga curah kering yang direncanakan berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Pembangunan dermaga ini bertujuan untuk menunjang aktivitas distribusi PT Petrokimia Gresik sebagai produsen pupuk terbesar di Indonesia. Pada Proyek Akhir ini, dermaga dirancang untuk melayani kapal dengan kapasitas hingga 60.000 DWT. Perencanaan mencakup dimensi dan penulangan struktur utama seperti pelat, balok, dan pile cap. Struktur atas dermaga berupa pelat dan balok menggunakan beton bertulang. Dalam perencanaanya, pada dermaga ini terdapat dua struktur yaitu, dermaga yang berfungsi sebagai tambatan kapal serta operasional sesuai dengan fungsi dari pelabuhan dan dolphin yang menjadi tambatan tambahan untuk kapal. Selain itu, dermaga ini juga dilengkapi dengan fender dan bollard untuk tempat tambatan kapal. Pada struktur bawah direncanakan menggunakkan tiang pancang baja (steel pipe pile). Dari perencanaan ini, didapatkan dimensi meliputi balok platform dermaga (balok memanjang dan melintang) yaitu 100/60 cm, serta balok crane berukuran 120/80 cm. Ketebalan pelat dermaga ditetapkan 35 cm. Untuk pile cap pada struktur jetty dan dolphin, digunakan dimensi 2000 × 2000 × 1500 mm. Struktur bawah menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang baja berdiameter 1016 mm dengan ketebalan 15,9 mm. Semua hasil perhitungan penulangan untuk semua elemen struktur disajikan pada gambar teknik.

The planned dry bulk jetty is located in Gresik Regency, East Java. The construction of this jetty aims to support the distribution activities of PT Petrokimia Gresik as the largest fertilizer producer in Indonesia. In this Final Project, the jetty is designed to serve vessels with a capacity of up to 60,000 DWT. Planning includes dimensions and reinforcement of main structures such as plates, beams, and pile caps. The upper structure of the pier in the form of plates and beams uses reinforced concrete. In the planning, there are two structures in this pier, namely, a pier that functions as a ship mooring and operational in accordance with the function of the port and dolphin which is an additional mooring for ships. In addition, this pier is also equipped with fenders and bollards for mooring ships. The bottom structure is planned to use steel piles. From this planning, the dimensions of the pier platform beams (longitudinal and transverse beams) are 100/60 cm, and the crane beam is 120/80 cm. The thickness of the jetty plate is set at 35 cm. For the pile cap on the jetty and dolphin structures, dimensions of 2000 × 2000 × 1500 mm were used. The lower structure uses a 1016 mm diameter steel pile foundation with a thickness of 15,9 mm. All reinforcement calculation results for all structural elements are presented on the engineering drawings.
