Abstract
Dalam konteks transformasi digital, perusahaan pengiriman dan logistik perlu mengoptimalkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan, termasuk melalui pengembangan aplikasi ERP dan E-commerce. Penerapan metodologi scrum menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menghadapi dinamika kebutuhan bisnis yang cepat, namun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan implementasinya masih berada pada Level 1 (Initial), karena tidak ada domain yang mencapai kategori Fully Achieved. Melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan evaluasi setiap Key Process Area, ditemukan bahwa meskipun sejumlah praktik scrum telah berjalan, konsistensi pelaksanaan, kedalaman penerapan, dan keselarasan antar tim masih belum optimal. Pada Level 2 dan 3, beberapa aspek seperti peran, artefak, dan pelaksanaan sprint berada pada kategori Largely Achieved, namun kualitas backlog refinement, efektivitas sprint planning, kejelasan definition of done, serta penggunaan velocity masih memerlukan penguatan. Kondisi ini semakin terlihat pada Level 4 dan 5 yang memperoleh skor Partially Achieved, menandakan belum adanya standardisasi organisasi, belum tersedianya dokumen acuan formal, serta belum konsistennya mekanisme pengukuran kinerja dan praktik retrospective. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan lima langkah strategis bagi perusahaan, yaitu memperkuat pemahaman scrum secara menyeluruh, mendisiplinkan pelaksanaan event dan artefak, menyusun standar organisasi seperti scrum playbook dan SOP, meningkatkan efektivitas retrospective dan pemanfaatan metrik kinerja, serta memperkuat kualitas hasil sprint melalui standar pengujian dan definition of done. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan konsistensi, efektivitas, dan kematangan penerapan scrum secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan.

In the context of digital transformation, shipping and logistics companies are required to optimize information technology to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, including through the development of ERP and e-commerce applications. The adoption of the scrum methodology serves as a strategic approach to address rapidly changing business needs; however, this study finds that its maturity level remains at Level 1 (Initial), as none of the assessed domains reached the Fully Achieved category. Through questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation of each Key Process Area, the findings indicate that although several scrum practices have been implemented, execution consistency, depth of adoption, and cross-team alignment remain suboptimal. At Levels 2 and 3, aspects such as roles, artefacts, and sprint execution are categorized as Largely Achieved, yet the quality of backlog refinement, effectiveness of sprint planning, clarity of the definition of done, and utilization of velocity still require improvement. These gaps become more evident at Levels 4 and 5, which scored Partially Achieved, reflecting the absence of organizational standardization, the lack of formal reference documents, and the inconsistent application of performance measurement and retrospective practices. Based on these findings, this study recommends five strategic actions: strengthening comprehensive understanding of scrum across all team members, enforcing disciplined execution of events and artefacts, establishing organizational standards such as a scrum playbook and SOPs, enhancing the effectiveness of retrospectives and the use of performance metrics, and improving sprint outcomes through testing standards and a clear, unified definition of done. These insights are expected to serve as a foundation for the company to enhance the consistency, effectiveness, and maturity of its scrum implementation progressively and sustainably.
