Abstract
Peningkatan mobilitas antarkota pada wilayah Madiun-Solo menuntut tersedianya sistem transportasi yang efisien, andal, dan berkelanjutan. Kehadiran Kereta Api Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo (KA BIAS) sebagai layanan kereta api lokal di koridor tersebut berpotensi menjadi alternatif perjalanan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja operasional KA BIAS, mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan dan harapan pengguna terhadap layanan, serta mengestimasi potensi alih moda pengguna bus antar kota ke KA BIAS. Analisis kinerja dilakukan berdasarkan parameter load factor, headway, dan waktu tempuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa load factor tertinggi KA BIAS pada hari libur sebesar 73,21% lebih tinggi dibandingkan hari kerja sebesar 60,46%. Pola headway pada hari kerja dan hari libur relatif stabil dan sesuai dengan jadwal operasional, sedangkan waktu tempuh KA BIAS menunjukkan konsistensi yang baik dengan selisih pengamatan lapangan terhadap jadwal hanya berkisar 1–3 menit. Evaluasi kepuasan pengguna menggunakan metode IPA dan CSI menunjukkan bahwa layanan KA BIAS berada pada kategori “puas” dengan nilai sebesar 69,50%, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek moda pengumpan, interval layanan, dan proses pelayanan. Hasil analisis potensi alih moda menggunakan metode analisa regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa pengguna bus antarkota memiliki potensi beralih ke KA BIAS sebesar 77,56%. Skema tarif Rp30.000,00 dan frekuensi layanan 10 perjalanan per hari memberikan potensi alih moda tertinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa KA BIAS memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong peralihan moda dan memperkuat peran angkutan umum berbasis rel pada koridor Madiun–Solo. Kehadiran KA BIAS sebagai layanan kereta api lokal berpotensi menjadi alternatif perjalanan antarkota.

The increasing intercity mobility demand in the Madiun–Solo region requires the provision of an efficient, reliable, and sustainable transportation system. The introduction of the Adi Soemarmo International Airport Train (BIAS Train) as a local rail service along this corridor has the potential alternative for surrounding communities. This study aims to analyze the operational performance of the BIAS Train, evaluate user satisfaction and expectations regarding the service, and estimate the mode shift potential of intercity bus users to the BIAS Train. Performance analysis was conducted based on load factor, headway, and travel time parameters. The results indicate that the highest load factor of the BIAS Train during weekends reached 73.21%, which was higher than that observed on weekdays at 60.46%. The headway patterns on both weekdays and weekends were relatively stable and consistent with the official operational schedule, while travel time performance demonstrated good consistency, with observed deviations from the timetable ranging only between 1 and 3 minutes. User satisfaction evaluation using the IPA and CSI methods shows that the BIAS Train service falls within the “satisfied” category, with a value of 69.50%, although improvements are still required in feeder transport availability, service intervals, and service processes. The mode shift analysis used ogistic Regression indicates that intercity bus users exhibit a mode shift potential of 77.56% toward the BIAS Train. A fare scenario of IDR 30,000 and a service frequency of 10 trips per day yield the highest mode shift potential. These findings demonstrate that the BIAS Train has substantial potential to encourage modal shift and strengthen the role of rail-based public transport along the Madiun–Solo corridor, positioning it as a viable intercity travel alternative.
