Abstract

Pemilihan supplier memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses bisnis pada industri fabrikasi tiang Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU). Proses ini tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek biaya, kualitas, dan waktu pengiriman, tetapi juga harus mempertimbangkan hubungan antar kriteria dan tingkat risiko dari masing-masing supplier. Permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa seringkali supplier yang dipilih tidak sesuai dengan objektifitas perusahaan yang disebabkan oleh pemilihan supplier masih dilakukan secara subjektif dan belum ada pemetaan yang tepat dalam pemilihan supplier serta tanpa metode pengambilan keputusan yang terstruktur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model integrasi metode DEMATEL, ANP, dan RFMEA guna menghasilkan keputusan pemilihan supplier yang lebih objektif, sistematis, dan akurat pada PT Mitra Karya Sinergi. Metode DEMATEL digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab-akibat antar kriteria dan subkriteria, dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa Sertifikasi Pemasok dan Harga Produk merupakan faktor penyebab (dispatcher) utama yang paling mempengaruhi elemen lain. Metode ANP menghasilkan bobot prioritas dengan kriteria Biaya memperoleh bobot tertinggi (0.214), diikuti Manajemen Risiko (0.184) dan Pengiriman (0.159). Metode RFMEA mengidentifikasi bahwa Supplier 1 memiliki eksposur risiko tertinggi (RPN kumulatif 285), terutama pada aspek kualitas bahan baku. Hasil akhir integrasi DEMATEL-ANP-RFMEA menunjukkan Supplier 2 sebagai pilihan terbaik dengan bobot (0.397), unggul atas Supplier 1 (0.393), Supplier 3 (0.369), dan Supplier 4 (0.357). Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan keputusan pemilihan supplier terbaik yang komprehensif dan berbasis risiko untuk industri fabrikasi tiang PJU.

Supplier selection plays a strategic role in supporting the success of business processes in the public street lighting (PJU) pole manufacturing industry. This process not only depends on cost, quality, and delivery time, but also must consider the relationship between criteria and the level of risk of each supplier. Problems encountered in the field show that the selected suppliers are often not in line with the company's objectives because supplier selection is still carried out subjectively and there is no proper mapping in supplier selection and no structured decision-making method. Therefore, this study aims to develop an integrated model of the DEMATEL, ANP, and RFMEA methods to produce more objective, systematic, and accurate supplier selection decisions at PT Mitra Karya Sinergi. The DEMATEL method is used to identify cause-and-effect relationships between criteria and subcriteria, with the results showing that Supplier Certification and Product Price are the main causal factors (dispatchers) that most influence other elements. The ANP method produces priority weights with the Cost criterion obtaining the highest weight (0.214), followed by Risk Management (0.184) and Delivery (0.159). The RFMEA method identifies that Supplier 1 has the highest risk exposure (cumulative RPN of 285), especially in terms of raw material quality. The final results of the DEMATEL-ANP-RFMEA integration show Supplier 2 as the best choice with a weight of 0.397, ahead of Supplier 1 (0.393), Supplier 3 (0.369), and Supplier 4 (0.357). The results of this study can provide a comprehensive and risk-based decision on the best supplier selection for the PJU pole fabrication industry.
