Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong berbagai sektor industri untuk mengadopsi sistem berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi data. Salah satu implementasi yang mulai diterapkan adalah e-logsheet, sebuah aplikasi pencatatan digital yang menggantikan metode manual. E-logsheet dirancang untuk meningkatkan akurasi data, mempermudah dokumentasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis melalui kemudahan akses data real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapan dan akurasi penggunaan sistem digital e-logsheet dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Trust Theory. Melalui analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) terhadap tujuh variabel utama, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan adopsi teknologi di lingkungan kerja operasional pembangkit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pada tahap kematangan penggunaan sistem, persepsi kegunaan lebih ditentukan oleh kualitas dan keandalan data. Namun, Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Use. Trust terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Behavioral Intention to Use, menunjukkan peran penting kepercayaan dalam mendorong persepsi manfaat dan niat penggunaan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Use. Attitude Toward Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Accuracy, dan Accuracy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual System Use. Secara keseluruhan, sistem digital e-logsheet dinyatakan siap secara teknologi, perilaku pengguna, dan operasional untuk digunakan secara berkelanjutan.

The development of digital technology has encouraged various industrial sectors to adopt digital-based systems to improve data efficiency and accuracy. One implementation that has begun to be utilized is the e-logsheet, a digital recording application that replaces traditional manual methods. The e-logsheet is designed to enhance data accuracy, simplify documentation processes, and support strategic decision-making through real-time data accessibility.This study aims to analyze the level of readiness and accuracy of e-logsheet system usage by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Trust Theory. Using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine seven key variables, this research identifies the factors influencing successful technology adoption within an operational power generation environment. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness, suggesting that at the maturity stage of system usage, perceived usefulness is primarily determined by data quality and reliability rather than ease of use. However, Perceived Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on Attitude Toward Use. Trust is found to have a significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness and Behavioral Intention to Use, highlighting the critical role of trust in shaping perceived benefits and sustained usage intentions. Furthermore, Perceived Usefulness significantly influences Attitude Toward Use. Attitude Toward Use has a significant effect on Accuracy, which in turn significantly influences Behavioral Intention to Use, ultimately leading to a significant impact on Actual System Use. Overall, the e-logsheet digital system is deemed technologically, behaviorally, and operationally ready for sustainable use.
