Abstract
Transformasi digital melalui penerapan QRIS di kantin PTNBH bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepraktisan transaksi. Namun, implementasinya masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan operasional dan teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji resiliensi digital pengelola kantin dan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi perubahan sistem pembayaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data berbantuan NVivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun QRIS meningkatkan kemudahan transaksi, kendala seperti gangguan jaringan, keterbatasan jumlah kasir, dan ketergantungan pada satu metode pembayaran masih terjadi. Penerapan skenario kasir cadangan dan e-wallet cadangan terbukti efektif dalam menjaga kelancaran layanan, mengurangi antrean, serta memastikan keberlanjutan transaksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiliensi digital pengelola kantin dan mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi, yang tercermin dari kemampuan adaptasi dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi risiko digital selama proses transformasi.

Digital transformation through the implementation of QRIS in PTNBH campus canteens aims to improve transaction efficiency and convenience. However, its implementation continues to face various operational and technical challenges. This study aims to examine the digital resilience of canteen operators and students in responding to changes in digital payment systems. The study adopts a qualitative action research approach, with data collected through interviews, bservations, and documentation, and analyzed using NVivo 12. The findings indicate that although QRIS enhances transaction convenience, issues such as network disruptions, limited cashier capacity, and reliance on a single payment method remain prevalent. The implementation of backup cashier and backup e-wallet scenarios has proven effective in maintaining service continuity, reducing queues, and ensuring smooth transactions. These results demonstrate that the digital resilience of both canteen operators and students is at a high level, as reflected in their ability to adapt and remain resilient when facing digital risks during the transformation process.
