Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi langkah strategis penting bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan efisiensi internal dan kualitas layanan, termasuk dalam sektor hukum. Dalam sektor hukum, transformasi ini umumnya berfokus pada adopsi alat digital untuk menyederhanakan alur kerja administratif, meningkatkan koordinasi, dan mendukung proses manajemen kasus yang kompleks. Meskipun sistem seperti ini semakin relevan, banyak firma hukum di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia, masih mengandalkan infrastruktur digital yang usang atau tidak terintegrasi, salah satunya adalah Nasution, Dananto & Rekan (NDR). NDR merupakan firma hukum yang berbasis di Jakarta dan telah melayani berbagai klien, mulai dari korporasi internasional, instansi pemerintah, hingga individu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses internal di NDR sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja operasional. Pengembangan sistem manajemen internal ini akan menggunakan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC) yang memungkinkan pengembangan paralel antara logika data dan komponen antarmuka pengguna. Proses pengembangan akan mengikuti metodologi ICONIX dan menggunakan React, sebuah pustaka JavaScript, sebagai arsitektur frontend serta PHP dan MySQL sebagai arsitektur backend. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung proses internal inti perusahaan, khususnya dalam manajemen kasus, penjadwalan, dokumentasi, dan koordinasi internal. Evaluasi berbasis skenario menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas yang diimplementasikan selaras dengan model sistem yang dirancang, sementara pengujian kegunaan mengungkapkan bahwa sistem ini efektif bagi pengguna dengan tingkat pemahaman teknis yang lebih tinggi dan tetap dapat digunakan oleh pengguna senior dengan panduan minimal.

Digital transformation has become an essential strategic move for organizations seeking to improve internal efficiency and service quality, including in legal sector. Within the legal sector, this transformation often centers around the adoption of digital tools to streamline administrative workflows, enhance coordination, and support complex case management processes. Despite the increasing relevance of such systems, many law firms in developing countries, including Indonesia, continue to rely on outdated or disconnected digital infrastructures, one of which is Nasution, Dananto & Rekan (NDR). NDR is a Jakarta-based law firm that has served a wide range of clients ranging from international corporations, government bodies, to private individuals. The study is expected to help the internal processes of NDR which can improve the efficiency of internal performance. The development of an internal management system will use a Model View Controller (MVC) architecture which allows parallel development of data logic and user interface components. The development process will be guided with the ICONIX methodology and will be developed using React, which is a JavaScript library, as the frontend architecture and PHP and MySQL as the backend architecture. The results of this research indicate that the developed system is able to support the firm’s core internal processes, particularly in case management, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination. Scenario-based evaluation shows that the implemented functionalities align with the designed system models, while usability testing reveals that the system is effective for users with higher technical familiarity and remains usable for senior users with minimal guidance.
