Abstract
Bearing pada sistem steam generator memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keandalan operasi, sehingga degradasinya akibat keausan perlu dimodelkan secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan keausan bearing sebagai laju kenaikan clearance serta menganalisis pengaruh variasi koefisien keausan terhadap laju kenaikan clearance tersebut. Model keausan berbasis hukum Archard digunakan dengan merepresentasikan keausan sebagai kenaikan clearance bearing yang bergantung pada waktu dengan asumsi kondisi operasi konstan. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan Simulink dengan variasi koefisien keausan pada orde 10^-4. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan clearance bearing bersifat linier terhadap waktu dan laju kenaikan clearance meningkat seiring bertambahnya nilai Kc. Evaluasi degradasi dilakukan menggunakan rasio clearance bearing terhadap clearance awal. Untuk nilai Kc =1.1671×10^-4, 1.6375×10^-4, dan 2.1079×10^-4 , diperoleh rasio clearance masing-masing sebesar 1.41, 1.57, dan 1.74. Dengan batas degradasi rasio clearance sebesar 1.66, dua skenario pertama masih berada dalam batas yang dapat diterima, sedangkan skenario dengan nilai Kc tertinggi menunjukkan degradasi lanjut. Selain itu, hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan clearance diikuti oleh kenaikan torsi reaksi bearing sebagai respon mekanik sistem, meskipun nilainya relatif kecil.

Bearings in steam generator systems play an important role in maintaining operational reliability; therefore, their degradation due to wear needs to be properly modeled. This study aims to model bearing wear as a clearance increase rate and to analyze the effect of wear coefficient variation on the clearance growth rate. An Archard-based wear model is employed, where bearing wear is represented as a time-dependent clearance increase under constant operating conditions. The model is implemented in Simulink with variations of the wear coefficient Kc in the order of 10^-4. Simulation results show that the bearing clearance increases linearly with time, and the clearance growth rate increases with higher values of Kc. Degradation evaluation is performed using the bearing clearance ratio relative to the initial clearance. For Kc = 1.1671×10^-4, 1.6375×10^-4, and 2.1079×10^-4, the obtained clearance ratios are 1.41, 1.57, and 1.74, respectively. Using a degradation threshold of 1.66, the first two cases remain within acceptable limits, while the highest Kc case indicates advanced degradation. In addition, the simulation results indicate that an increase in bearing clearance is associated with a gradual increase in bearing reaction torque as a mechanical response of the system, although the absolute values are relatively small.
