Abstract
Industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan serius dalam proses pengangkutan hasil panen yang sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual, sehingga meningkatkan beban kerja dan risiko kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain, mensimulasikan, dan menentukan model dump vessel hidrolis yang paling ideal untuk kendaraan screw propeller pengangkut tandan buah segar sawit menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Tiga model hoist yang dianalisis meliputi Underbody Scissor Hoist, Front-Mounted Telescopic Hoist, dan Underbody Telescopic Hoist. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan metode elemen hingga (FEM) untuk mengevaluasi equivalent stress, total deformation, dan stress safety factor. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa Underbody Scissor Hoist memiliki equivalent stress maksimum 63,858 MPa dan stress safety factor tertinggi sebesar 3,9149. Model Front-Mounted Telescopic Hoist memiliki hasil simulasi dengan maximum total deformation yang lebih besar, yakni sebesar 0,8948 mm, serta nilai maximum equivalent stress yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan model pertama, dan stress safety factor minimum tetap berada di atas standar keamanan yang dipersyaratkan, yakni 3,0264. Underbody Telescopic Hoist memberikan hasil yang paling rendah secara struktur teknis, dengan nilai maximum equivalent stress tertinggi sebesar 95,192 MPa serta stress safety factor minimum paling kecil, yaitu 2,6263. Dengan menggunakan metode multi-criteria decision analysis berbasis analytical hierarchy process (AHP), Underbody Scissor Hoist menduduki peringkat tertinggi dalam skor komposit akhir (0,95). Sehingga, berdasarkan evaluasi AHP yang menimbang keamanan, efisiensi, dan biaya, Underbody Scissor Hoist menjadi model yang paling optimal untuk diaplikasikan pada dump vessel hidrolik kendaraan screw propeller pengangkut tandan buah segar sawit. ===================================================================================================================================
The palm oil industry in Indonesia still faces serious challenges in the harvest transportation process, which is largely carried out manually, thereby increasing workload and the risk of accidents. This research aims to design, simulate, and determine the most ideal hydraulic dump vessel model for a screw propeller vehicle transporting oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Three hoist models analyzed include the Underbody Scissor Hoist, Front-Mounted Telescopic Hoist, and Underbody Telescopic Hoist. Simulations were conducted using the Finite Element Method (FEM) to evaluate equivalent stress, total deformation, and stress safety factor. The simulation results show that the Underbody Scissor Hoist has a maximum equivalent stress of 63.858 MPa and the highest stress safety factor of 3.9149. The Front-Mounted Telescopic Hoist model has simulation results with a larger maximum total deformation of 0.8948 mm, as well as a higher maximum equivalent stress value compared to the first model, while the minimum stress safety factor remains above the required safety standards at 3.0264. The Underbody Telescopic Hoist provides the lowest results in terms of technical structure, with the highest maximum equivalent stress value of 95.192 MPa and the smallest minimum stress safety factor of 2.6263. By utilizing the multi-criteria decision analysis method based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Underbody Scissor Hoist ranked the highest with a final composite score of 0.95. Consequently, based on the AHP evaluation considering safety, efficiency, and cost, the Underbody Scissor Hoist is the most optimal model to be applied to the hydraulic dump vessel of screw propeller vehicles for transporting oil palm fresh fruit bunches.
