Abstract

Variabel independen tingkat usia memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen task success, time on task, errors, dan efficiency.

An accurate and up-to-date information system is a very critical infrastructure for the right decision-making process in the face of a disaster such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Information on the availability of health facilities such as ICU, isolation, and emergency rooms in hospitals become very critical so that treatment efforts and such conditions are realized effectively and efficiently in order to reduce the risk of death. In making it easier for public to access information on hospital health facilities, RSU Haji Surabaya developed a mobile application called RSUHAJISBY. However, users do not feel comfortable when using the application so that the use of this application is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the usability of the RSUHAJI mobile application. This study was conducted by providing 5 task scenarios that would represent all the feature in the application. Participants in this study are 18 people consisting of 6 people aged 15-29 years old, 6 people aged 30-44 years old and 6 people aged 45-59 years old each consisting of 3 experienced participants and 3 inexperienced participants in using the application. The methods used in this study include Usability Testing and Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS). With this study, it is hoped that it can increase user satisfaction and service quality of RSUHAJISBY mobile application and provide recommendations of digital health (mHealth) application standards to developers. Results showed that the participants' performance in using this application was still not good, especially on the online registration menu. Age-level independent variables have an influence on the dependent variables of task success, time on task, errors, and efficiency. While the dependent variable learnability task success is influenced by the age level of 30-44 and 45-59 years, and the learnability time on task is influenced by the age level of 30-44 years. Independent variables of experience level have an influence on the dependent variables of task success, errors, and efficiency. While the dependent variable learnability task success is influenced by the level of experience and not experience, and the learnability time on task is influenced by the level of experience. Several problems were found from the results of the questionnaire, and will be used as a basis for making improvement recommendations in the form of a new UI design. It is hoped that these improvement recommendations can increase user satisfaction in using the services of RSU Haji Surabaya, so that the use of public hospitals in Surabaya can increase.
