Abstract

Memasuki abad ke-21 perubahan teknologi demikian cepat dan kompleks. Hal ini menjadikan teknologi sebagai faktor kritis dalam persaingan glo.bal. Manajemen teknologi sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena teknologi mempengaruhi daya saing perusahaan. Teknologi mempengaruhi kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan, sedangkan manajemen menyediakan kemampuan organisasional dan pengetahuan untuk melakukan aktivitas operasional. Manajemen dan teknologi perlu diintegrasikan agar perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa performansi teknologi pada PT. Petrokimia Gresik di bagian unit produksi I pupuk Urea dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Contribution Coefficient (FCC), sedangkan pembobotan terhadap kriteria yang telah ditetapkan menggunakan metode AHP. Komponen teknologi yang diukur meliputi technoware (peralatan), humanware (kemampuan sumber daya manusia), inforware (perangkat· informasi), dan orgaware (perangkat organisasi/kelembagaan dan peraturan) serta · altematif perbaikan apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk menciptakan strategi bersaing. Hasil pengukuran kontribusi komponen teknologi menunjukkan nilai kontribusi untuk masing-masing komponen teknologi yaitu technoware 0.840, humanware 0.995, inforware 0.745, dan orgaware 0.971. Dari perhitungan melalui pendekatan teknometrik, didapatkan nilai koefisien kontribusi teknologi sebesar 0.835 dan berdasarkan analisa terhadap gap komponen teknologi, dapat diketahui bahwa·komponen yang perlu dikembangkan adalah komponen inforware.

This thing makes technology as critical factor in global emulation. technological management of vital importance for company because technology influences company competitiveness. Technological influences quality from product yielded, while management provides ability organizational and knowledge to operational activity. Management and technology need to be integrated that company can reach purpose. This. research aim to analyze technological performance at platinum. PT. Petrokimia Gresik in part of produce unit of urea fertilizer by using approach of Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC), while weight to criterion which has been specified applies by AHP method. ·Technology component measured· covers technoware (equipments), humanware (human resource ability), inforware · (information peripheral), and orgaware (peripheral organizes and regulation) and alternative of repair that need to create competes strategy. Result of contribution measurement technological component shows contribution value for each technological component that is : technoware 0.840, humanware 0.995, inforware 0.745, and orgaware 0.971. From calculation through approach technometric, got technological contribution coefficient value equal 0.835 and based on analysis to technology component gap, knowable that component need to be developeds is inforware component.
