Abstract
Keberhasilan Mahasiswa Timor-Leste dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan di ITS Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keberhasilan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Timor-Leste berbeasiswa FDCH yang melakukan studi di ITS. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh 42 di antaranya 64% berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 34% berjenis kelamin perempuan merupakan mahasiswa yang studi di ITS. Sedangkan metode analisis menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori. Pada proses pengolahan didapatkan nilai KMO sebesar 0,761 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hasil dari tabel Total Variance Explained memperlihatkan enam komponen yang memiliki nilai Eigenvalue > 1 dengan Cumulative % of Variance sebesar 74,484%. Sehingga hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari dua puluh lima variabel yang diukur didapatkan enam faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Mahasiswa Timor-Leste dalam menyelesaikan pendidikan di ITS Surabaya keenam faktor tersebut adalah sebagai berikut faktor Persiapan Awal dengan variance 17,321%, faktor Motivasi dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan variance 16,436%, faktor Teamwork dengan variance 12,460%, faktor Manajemen Waktu dengan variance 10,343%, faktor Ekstra Kurikuler dengan variance 10,260%, dan faktor Pergaulan dengan variance 7,664%

The success of Timor-Leste students in completing their education at ITS Surabaya is influenced by several factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the most dominant factor influencing student success. This research was conducted on Timor-Leste students with FDCH scholarships who were studying at ITS. The data collection method used in the study was a questionnaire method which was distributed to all 42 of whom 64% were male and 34% female were students studying at ITS. While the method of analysis using exploratory factor analysis. In the processing, the KMO value is 0.761 with a significance level of 0.000.table Total Variance Explained show six components that have an Eigenvalue> 1 with a Cumulative % of Variance of 74.484%. So the results of the analysis show that of the twenty-five variables measured, six dominant factors affect the success of Timor-Leste students in completing their education at ITS Surabaya, the six factors are as follows: Early Preparation with a variance of 17.321%, Motivation and Family Support factors with variance 16.436%, Teamwork with variance 12.460%, Time Management factor with variance 10.343%, Extra-Curricular variance %, and Association factor with variance 7.664%.
