Abstract

The trend of cycling has been rising in 2020s due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This issue has made many changes and strategy for bicycle manufacturing company; one is PT X in order to tackle with the huge number of demand. Aside for production, the strategy to be implemented is bike sharing. Bike sharing is a rental bikes business area that is potentially able to be run in Indonesia. There are some existing bike sharing business model in Indonesia, PT X was interested to invest BSS in Benoa, Bali as they have several agendas in Bali as well as see Bali as the market of bike sharing with lot of popular destination spot. As an entity that focuses on the production, PT X needs cooperation in this BSS project so that it can run smoothly. There are 2 alternatives of joint operation schemes each for 2 businesses model that can be carried out between parties. Those parties are Business to Business through company’s partner or Business to Customers through tourism enterprises. Each alternative will be evaluated through financial feasibility, non-financial factor, as well as negotiation point using sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation. The decision making process is done based on the perspectives of all parties using FUCOM – TOPSIS method. The result is expected to satisfy and beneficial for all parties.
