Abstract
Perkembangan informasi teknologi berdampak terhadap kegiatan ekonomi khususnya perbankan. Saat ini muncul berbagai produk perbankan yang bersifat digital sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat untuk memudahkan kegiatan perekonomian, salah satu contohnya adalah Bank Jago. Namun banyak pengguna aplikasi Bank Jago yang masih merasa kurang puas terhadap layanan yang ada pada aplikasi Bank Jago. Beberapa permasalahan yang dikeluhkan antara lain terkait dengan sistem aplikasi serta tampilan pada fitur-fitur yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis usability dan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aplikasi Bank Jago. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PACMAD yang memiliki 7 atribut usability yaitu effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, memorability, errors, satisfaction, dan cognitive load. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20 orang yang terdiri dari dua kategori usia 18-26 tahun dan 27-35 tahun. Selain itu pada masing-masing kategori usia terbagi menjadi partisipan yang berpengalaman dan yang belum berpengalaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi Bank Jago. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pengujian langsung kepada partisipan menggunakan 8 task scenario serta pemberian kuesioner ASQ, PSSUQ, dan NASA-RTLX serta wawancara dengan metode RTA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai dari masing-masing metriks PACMAD adalah effectiveness 68%, efficiency 0,042 task per detik, learnability 19%, memorability 14%, errors 54%, satisfaction 4,15, dan cognitive load 40,42. Terdapat total 175 pendapat dari seluruh partisipan, dengan 29 klaster permasalahan yang ditemukan dari hasil proses RTA. Serta adanya usulan penambahan fitur tertentu yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat rekomendasi perbaikan UI aplikasi Bank Jago.

The development of information technology has an impact on economic activities, especially banking. Currently, various digital banking products have emerged as a solution for the community to facilitate economic activities, one example is Bank Jago. However, many users of the Bank Jago application are still not satisfied with the services available in the Bank Jago application. Some of the problems that were complained of were related to the application system and the appearance of the existing features. This study aims to perform usability analysis and recommend improvements to the Bank Jago application. The model used in this study is PACMAD which has 7 usability attributes, namely effectiveness, efficiency, learnability, memorability, errors, satisfaction, and cognitive load. The participants of this study were 20 people consisting of two age categories 18-26 years and 27-35 years. In addition, each age category is divided into experienced and inexperienced participants in using the Bank Jago application. This research was carried out by direct testing of participants using 8 task scenarios as well as administering ASQ, PSSUQ, and NASA-RTLX questionnaires as well as interviews using the RTA method. The results show that the value of each PACMAD metric is effectiveness 68%, efficiency 0.042 tasks per second, learnability 19%, memorability 14%, errors 54%, satisfaction 4.15, and cognitive load 40.42. There are a total of 175 opinions from all participants, with 29 clusters of problems found from the results of the RTA process. As well as the proposed addition of certain features that are used as the basis for making recommendations for improving the UI of the Jago Bank application.
