Abstract
PT. Adhi Persada Beton merupakan anak perusahaan dari perusahaan BUMN PT. Adhi Karya yang mempunyai fokusan produksi precast. Banyak produk precast yang bisa di produksi oleh PT. Adhi Persada Beton, diantaranya Adhi Tetra, Box grinder, U ditch, Half slab, Flac concrete, Sheet pile, Spun pile, dan masih banyak lagi. Salahsatu produk yang memiliki permintaan terbesar yaitu spun pile. Dimana pada saat ini PT. Adhi Persada Beton Mojokerto memiliki order besar dari pembangunan smelter PT. Freeport di Gresik dengan jumlah order 16188 pcs dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun yang dimulai Agustus 2021 – Agustus 2022. Dengan kondisi perusahaan hanya memiliki 2 shift per hari dan dalam 1 shift selama 8 jam, order yang baru bisa diproduksi sampai tanggal 12 April 2022 hanya sebanyak 7591 pcs dan menjadikan ada kemungkinan order tidak terpenuhi secara tepat waktu. Sisa order yang masih diperlukan yaitu 8597 pcs dan harus diproduksi dalam kurun waktu 5 bulan sesuai dengan kontrak order. Selain itu pada kondisi proses produksi spun pile sering ditemui aktivitas yang memperlambat proses diantanya ada penungguan armada di jalur depan inventory pasir dan kerikil, proses pemutaran output caging, area stockyard berada dibelakang, area bak pasir demoulding yang kecil, dan ada beberapa aktivitas penungguan di dalam proses. Maka dari itu PT. Adhi Persada Beton Mojokerto diperlukan tindakan improvement pada layout proses produksi spun pile agar dapat menjadikan proses produksi lebih effisien dari cost flow distance dan dapat memenuhi order kedepannya. Perbaikan yang diusulkan yaitu dengan perbaikan layout proses produksi menggunakan pendekatan facility layout design. Dimana perancangan usulan menggunakan metode kuantitatif multi-row layout problem ABSMODEL 3 dan menggunakan bantuan tools lean seperti value stream mapping, process activity mapping, line balancing, dan spaghetti diagram untuk mengetahui waste yang berhubungan dengan perbaikan layout. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan usulan layout proses produksi yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi sebanyak 28 pcs per hari. Juga dapat menurunkan beberapa indikator seperti corssflow proses menurun 4 cross, waktu transfer menurun 2,86 menit, material workflow menurun 42 [UL.m], travel distance of material menurun 42 meter, material handling cost menurun Rp. 2.69.237,12, dan opportunity labor cost of operation menurun Rp. 1.781,23. PT. Adhi Persada Beton is a subsidiary of the state-owned company PT. Adhi Karya which focuses on precast production. Many precast products that can be produced by PT. In addition, in the condition of the spun pile production process, activities that slow down the process are often encountered, including waiting for the fleet in the front line of the sand and gravel inventory, the caging output turning process, the stockyard area at the back, a small demoulding sandbox area, and several waiting activities inside. process. Therefore PT. Adhi Persada Beton Mojokerto needed improvement actions on the layout of the spun pile production process in order to make the production process more efficient than the cost flow distance and be able to fulfill future orders. The proposed improvement is the improvement of the layout of the production process using the facility layout design approach. Where the proposed design uses the quantitative method of multi-row layout problem ABSMODEL 3 and uses the help of lean tools such as value stream mapping, process activity mapping, line balancing, and spaghetti diagrams to find out waste related to layout improvements. The results of this study obtained a proposed layout of the production process that can increase the production capacity of 28 pcs per day. It can also reduce several indicators such as reduced process corssflow by 4 crosses, decreased transfer time by 2.86 minutes, material workflow decreased by 42 [UL.m], travel distance of material decreased by 42 meters, material handling cost decreased by Rp. 2.69,237.12, and the opportunity labor cost of operation decreased by Rp. 1781.23. So that the best layout proposal is obtained compared to the existing conditions and can be applied by PT. Adhi Persada Beton Mojokerto.
