Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur alat kesehatan di Indonesia. Untuk memenuhi permintaan PT XYZ menjaga dan menyesuaikan aktivitas produksi, salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi produksi yaitu pengelolaan inventori komponen produk. Pada penelitian tugas akhir kali ini komponen yang dijadikan objek amatan yaitu komponen untuk produksi PT XYZ yaitu komponen Digit Pro, komponen Digit One, komponen Digit BMI, komponen Digit IDA, dan komponen Body Fat Pro. Kebijakan pengelolaan inventori eksisting yaitu dengan melakukan pemesanan komponen dalam jumlah besar dan belum menetapkan tingkat reorder point. Kebijakan ini menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami stockout. Penelitian tugas akhir ini melakukan perhitungan parameter pengelolaan inventori dengan menggunakan metode Continous Review yang terdisi dari (s,S) system dan (s,Q) system untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan inventorikomponen PT XYZ. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan parameter selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi monte carlo untuk melihat total biaya persediaan dan servis level yang dihasilkan. Berikutnya dilakukan analisis sensivitas untuk mengetahui robust model simulasi terhadap perubahan ketidakpastian. Rata-rata servis level yang dihasilkan dari rekomendasi kebijakan yaitu 98,50% dengan total biaya persediaan yaitu Rp6.932.083.027. Kebijakan ini menaikkan servis level sebesar 17,31% dan menghemat total biaya persediaan Rp132.767.590 daripada kebijakan eksisting

PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing medical devices in Indonesia. To meet the demand for PT XYZ to maintain production activity adjustment factors, one of which affects production is managing the inventory of product components. In this final project, the components used as objects of observation are components for the production of PT XYZ, namely the Digit Pro component, the Digit One component, the Digit BMI component, the Digit IDA component, and the Body Fat Pro component. Management of existing inventory is by ordering components in large quantities and has not set a reorder point level. This policy causes the company have often stockout. This final project research calculates inventory management parameters using the continuous review method consisting of the (s,S) system and (s,Q) system to solve the problem of PT XYZ's component inventory. After calculating the parameters, a Monte Carlo simulation is carried out to see the total cost of inventory and the resulting service level. Next, a sensitivity analysis was carried out to determine the robustness of the model to changes in uncertainty. The average service level resulting from the policy recommendations is 98.50% with a total inventory cost of Rp.6,932,083,027. This policy increases the service level by 17.31% and saves the total inventory cost of Rp132,767,590 compared to the existing policy
