Abstract
PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang produksi alat kesehatan khususnya elektromedis yang memiliki kurang lebih 204 nama produk dengan 24 jenis alat elektromedik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbagai bidang kesehatan. PT. XYZ memiliki kurang lebih 300 karyawan dengan 10 departemen salah satunya adalah departemen gudang yang dibagi menjadi departemen gudang bahan material dan pendukung (GBMP) serta gudang barang jadi (GBJ). PT. XYZ saat ini memiliki target kinerja untuk perusahaan namun belum tertulis secara kuantitatif dan belum dilakukan penurunan terhadap departemen dan individu dibawahnya. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan secara subjektif terhadap departemen dan individu dan masih belum ada indikator kuantitatif yang tertulis sehingga dibutuhkan pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi dengan sistem yang berhubungan mulai dari perusahaan hingga indivdu didalamnya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pengukuran kinerja berbentuk Key Performance Indicator (KPI) untuk perusahaan, departemen dan individu menggunakan perspektif Balance Scorecard (BSC). KPI didapatkan dari strategi objektif perusahaan yang dibuat berdasarkan BSC kemudian diturunkan untuk membuat strategi objektif bagi departemen. KPI tersebut akan diberikan bobot pada tiap poin untuk mengetahui prioritas dari masing-masing KPI yang harus dicapai menggunakan metode Analytical Hirearchy Process (AHP). Departemen yang diamati saat ini adalah departemen GBMP dan GBJ yang menjadi penghubung antara supplier, departemen produksi dan departemen sales. Selain itu dilakukan pula analisis job description pada tiap jabatan dalam departemen GBMP dan GBJ sebagai acuan untuk membuat KPI individu yang tidak mengemban tugas strategis dari perusahaan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan 35 KPI dari 13 strategi objektif dirancang untuk perusahaan. Pada departemen GBMP diperoleh 16 KPI dari 8 strategi objektif departemen GBMP dan pada departemen GBJ diperoleh 16 KPI dari 8 strategi objektif departemen GBJ. Pada job description dilakukan perbaikan pada lembar deskripsi tugas dan menambahkan job spesification untuk tiap jabatan. Didapatkan 14 KPI untuk manajer gudang, 10 KPI untuk supervisor GBMP dan 9 KPI untuk supervisor GBJ.

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the production of medical devices, especially electromedical devices. The products owned have approximately 204 product names with 24 types of electromedical devices to meet the needs of various health fields. PT. XYZ has approximately 300 employees who are divided into 8 departments, one of which is the warehouse department which is divided into the material and supporting material warehouse department and the finished goods warehouse (GBJ). PT. XYZ currently has a performance target for the company, but it has not been written quantitatively and has not been reduced to the departments and individuals under it. Performance measurement is carried out subjectively to departments and individuals and there are still no written quantitative indicators so that performance measurement is needed that is integrated with related systems ranging from companies to individuals in it. Therefore, a research was conducted that aims to create a performance measurement system in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for companies, departments and individuals using a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspective. KPIs are obtained from the company's objective strategy based on the BSC and then derived to create an objective strategy for the department. The KPI will be given a weight for each point to determine the priority of each KPI that must be achieved using the Analytical Hirearchy Process (AHP) method. The currently observed departments are the GBMP and GBJ departments, which serve as liaisons between suppliers, production departments and sales departments. In addition, a job description analysis was also carried out for each position in the GBMP and GBJ departments as a reference for making KPIs for individuals who do not carry out strategic tasks from the company. From the research conducted, it was found that 35 KPIs from 13 objective strategies were designed for the company. In the GBMP department, 16 KPIs were obtained from the 8 objective strategies of the GBMP department and in the GBJ department, 16 KPIs were obtained from the 8 objective strategies of the GBJ department. In the job description, improvements are made to the task description sheet and add job specifications for each position. Obtained 14 KPIs for warehouse managers, 10 KPIs for GBMP supervisors and 9 KPIs for GBJ supervisors.
