Abstract
Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi Indonesia dalam memajukan perekonomian nasional. Hal ini mendorong sektor konstruksi untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing dalam rangka memenuhi target proyek pembangunan yang kemudian berdampak terhadap meningkatnya kebutuhan bahan bangunan konstruksi seperti beton. Besarnya kebutuhan produk beton memacu peningkatan kapasitas produksi dari pabrik manufaktur beton dan hal ini sejalan dengan meningkatnya potensi dampak lingkungan yang ditimbulkan dari kegiatan produksi tersebut. PT Adhi Persada Beton – Mojokerto merupakan perusahan manufaktur produk beton pracetak dengan kapasitas produksi mampu mencapai 60 unit setiap hari. Pada penelitian ini, metode Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) diimplementasikan dalam rangka mereduksi potensi dampak lingkungan yang timbul dan meningkatkan kinerja manajemen lingkungan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian LCA, diperoleh kategori dampak lingkungan terbesar adalah respiratory inorganics sebesar 1092 Pt dan stasiun produksi penyumbang dampak lingkungan tertinggi adalah pada stasiun pouring sebesar 556 Pt. Evaluasi alternatif perbaikan yang diusulkan dan diuji terdiri dari dua skenario alternatif, yaitu skenario penerapan metode co-firing bahan bakar biomassa dengan nilai 1,68 kPt serta skenario penggunaan semen slag dengan nilai 1,92 kPt.

Infrastructure development is one of the important aspects for Indonesia in advancing the national economy. This encourages the construction sector to continue improving performance and competitiveness to meet development project targets, which in turn has an impact on the increasing demand for construction materials such as concrete. The substantial demand for concrete products has spurred an increase in the production capacity of concrete manufacturing plants which is in line with the increasing potential for environmental impacts arising from these production activities. PT Adhi Persada Beton – Mojokerto is a precast concrete manufacturing company with a production capacity of up to 60 units per day. In this study, the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method is implemented to reduce the potential environmental impacts that arise and improve the company's environmental management performance. Based on the results of the LCA assessment, the highest environmental impact category is respiratory inorganics at 1092 Pt and the production station that contributed the highest environmental impact is the pouring station at 556 Pt. The evaluation of the proposed and tested alternatives consisted of two alternative scenarios, namely the scenario of applying the biomass fuel co-firing method with a value of 1.68 kPt and the scenario of using slag cement with a value of 1.92 kPt.
