Abstract

Jarak tempuh tour dan total biaya distribusi merupakan parameter dalam performansi logistik. Permasalahan ini menjadi rumit manakala banyak node yang akan menjadi tujuan distribusi. Perum Bulog Divre Yogyakarta masih belum mengoptimalkan pengalokasian terhadap tiga gudang Raskin yang dimilikinya, sehingga hal. ini menyebabkan pemborosan biaya dan waktu karena jarak tempuh distribusinya besar dan akhirnya kredibilitas Perum Bulog menurun dimata stakeholdernya. Dalam penelitian akan dilakukan analisis rute distribusi logistik dengan tujuan mendapatkan rute yang Jeasible, sehingga dapat diketahui jumlah tour yang seharusnya dilaksanakan. Dengan ini akan diukur performansi logistik yang diukur melalui jumlah sarana angkut yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan proses distribusi, total jarak tempuh distribusi, total waktu tour, total biaya distribusi dan utilisasi sarana angkut. Digunakan metode VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem) untuk menganalisa data sehingga diperoleh rute yang lebih baik. Dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa dengan VRP dihasilkan performansi logistik yang lebih baik dengan jarak tempuh yang lebih pendek yaitu 1845.6 km (efisiensi 60 %) untuk gudang Wates, 2452.2 km (efisiensi 62.35 %) untuk gudang Playen dan 4416.6 km (efisiensi 57.55%) untuk gudang Kalasan: waktu distribusi lebih singkat yaitu 130.31 jam (efisiensi 40.6 Y6) untuk gudang Wates, 174.22 jam (efisiensi 42.4 %) untuk gudang Playen dan 288.034 jam (efisiensi 36.7 Yo) untuk gudang Kalasan, dan biaya distribusi lebih murah yaitu Rp 10250000 (efisiensi 50.6 %) untuk gudang Wates, Rp 11500000 (efisiensi 24.6 %) untuk gudang Playen dan Rp 130000000 (efisiensi 43.7 %) untuk gudang Kalasan serta diperoleh jumlah sarana angkut 41 truk untuk gudang Wates, 46 truk untuk gudang Playen, dan 65 untuk gudang Kalasan.; dengan utilisasi gudang Wates 0.91 gudang Playen 0.86 dan gudang Kalasan 0.87.

Touring distance and distribution total cost is parameters in logistic performance. This is going to be a serious problem when there are many distribution directions. Perum Bulog Divre Yogyakarta has not optimal the management of distribution direction to its three Raskin warehouses. It causes inefficiency in costwise and timewise. Another consequence of this inefficiency is that the stakeholders assess Bulog’s performance as inefficient. This research analyzes logistic distribution route in order to find out the most feasible route. In so doing, it can be found out the appropriate amount of trip. This study assesses the logistic performance that consists of the number of vehicles needed for distribution process, total of distribution distance, total of touring time-consuming, total of distribution cost and transporting facility utility. VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem) is applied to analyze the data to find the better route. The output from the research with VRP is the better logistic performance with touring distance for warehouse : Wates, is 1845.6 km (60 % efficiency) , Playen is 2452.2 km (62.35 % efficiency) and Kalasan is 4416.6 km (57.55 % efficiency). It is also found shorter touring time consuming that is 130.31 hours (40.6 % efficiency) for Wates warehouse, 174.22 hours (42.4 % efficiency) for Playen warehouse, and 288.034 hours (36.7 % efficiency) for Kalasan warehouse. The last finding is shorter distribution cost for warehouse : Wates is Rp. 10,250,000,- (50.6 % efficiency), Playen is Rp. 11,500,000,- (24.6 % efficiency), and Kalasan is Rp. 13,000,000,- (43.7 % efficiency). Besides these findings, it is suggested the most efficient number of transporting vehicle. Wates needs 41 trucks, Playen needs 46, and Kalasan needs 65 with vehicle utilizations for warehouse : Wates is 0.91, Palyen is 0.86 and Kalsan is 0.87.
