Abstract

PT A merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi swasta yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki tiga permasalahan utama yang terdapat pada rantai pasoknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi risk event dan risk agent yang mungkin terjadi pada aktivitas rantai pasok proses bisnis perusahan dan memberikan rekomendasi alternatif aksi mitigasi risiko. Identifikasi risiko dari masing-masing proses menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagian proses bisnis plan, source, make, dan deliver. Pada proses perhitungan risiko dan risk agent, metode yang digunakan adalah House of Risk (HOR) fase 1. Pada proses perhitungan dan analisis aksi preventif, metode yang digunakan adalah House of Risk (HOR) fase 2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemeringkatan aksi preventif prioritas yang dapat menangani risk agent sehingga dapat meminimalisir potensi munculnya ketiga permasalahan yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dari 28 proses bisnis yang sudah diidentifikasi dengan SCOR Model, didapatkan sebanyak 37 risk event dan 28 risk agent. Pada HOR Fase 1 dilakukan perhitungan Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) yang nantinya diurutkan dari nilai terbesar hingga terkecil. Kemudian risk agent prioritas ditentukan dengan menggunakan pareto chart dan menghasilkan sebanyak 13 risk agent prioritas. Pada HOR Fase 2, dilakukan identifikasi preventive action yang sesuai dengan risk agent prioritas. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan nilai rasio efektivitas dengan tingkat kesulitan yang nantinya diurutkan dari nilai terbesar hingga terkecil. Preventive action prioritas ditentukan dengan menggunakan pareto chart dan didapatkan sebanyak 6 preventive action yang diprioritaskan.

PT A is a private telecommunications company operating in Indonesia. Currently, the company has three main problems in its supply chain. This study aims to evaluate risk events and the causes of risks that may occur in the company's business process supply chain activities and provide recommendations for alternative risk mitigation actions. Identify the risks of each process using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. This research focuses on the part of the business process plan, source, make, deliver, and return. In the process of calculating risk and the causes of risk, the method used is House of Risk (HOR) phase 1. In the process of calculating and analyzing preventive actions, the method used is House of Risk (HOR) phase 2. The results of this study are to construct preventive action rankings and priorities that can address the causes of risk to minimize the potential for the three problems described previously. Based on the results of the research, from 28 business processes that have been identified with the SCOR Model, 37 risk events and 28 risk agents were obtained. In HOR Phase 1, the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) is calculated which will be sorted from the largest to the smallest value. Then the priority risk agent is determined using the Pareto chart and produces as many as 13 priority risk agents. In HOR Phase 2, preventive actions are carried out in accordance with the priorities of risk agents. After that, the effectiveness ratio with the level of difficulty is calculated which will be sorted from the smallest to the smallest value. Priority preventive actions were determined using a Pareto chart and 6 prioritized preventive actions were obtained.
