Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang belum berakhir hingga saat ini menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas usaha jasa transportasi udara sehingga mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah pesawat yang hanya parkir di Bandara. Hal ini memacu perusahaan perawatan pesawat terbang untuk dapat mengembangkan bisnisnya. PT X adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perawatan dan perbaikan pesawat terbang. Untuk memenuhi standar keamanan dan keselamatan, PT X harus memiliki teknisi perawatan yang andal dalam menjalankan proses perawatan pesawat terbang. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk mengetahui keandalan teknisi perawatan pesawat terbang pada PT X. Digunakan metode Standardized Plant Analysis Risk – Human Reliability Analysis (SPAR-H) untuk mengidentifikasi kelalaian teknisi perawatan pesawat terbang dan untuk meningkatkan keandalan dari teknisi perawatan pesawat terbang. Metode SPAR-H melakukan perhitungan human error probability (HEP) untuk dapat mengetahui task yang memiliki potensi terjadinya human error tertinggi. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan nilai HEP, diketahui bahwa terdapat 3 subtask yang memiliki nilai human error probability tertinggi yaitu pada task remove the left hand and right hand landing gear leg assembly, install the left hand and right hand main landing gear leg assembly dan install the nose landing gear leg assembly dengan nilai HEP sebesar 0.145. Dari hasil tersebut dilakukan rancangan perbaikan pada unit di PT X untuk meningkatkan keandalan teknisi dalam melakukan perawatan pesawat terbang.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has not ended until now has caused a decrease in air transportation service business activities, resulting in an increase in the number of aircraft that are only parked at the airport. This spurred aircraft maintenance companies to be able to develop their business. PT X is a company engaged in aircraft maintenance and repair. To meet security and safety standards, PT X must have reliable maintenance technicians in carrying out aircraft maintenance processes. Therefore, this research is expected to provide information to determine the reliability of aircraft maintenance technicians at PT X. The Standardized Plant Analysis Risk – Human Reliability Analysis (SPAR-H) method is used to identify the negligence of aircraft maintenance technicians and to improve the reliability of aircraft maintenance technicians. The SPAR-H method calculates human error probability (HEP) to be able to find out which tasks have the highest potential for human error. After calculating the HEP value, it is known that there are 3 subtasks that have the highest human error probability value, namely the task of remove the left hand and right hand landing gear leg assembly, install the left hand and right hand main landing gear leg assembly and install the nose landing gear leg assembly with a HEP value of 0.145. From these results, improvements were made to the unit at PT X to increase the reliability of technicians in performing aircraft maintenance.
