Abstract

PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia membutuhkan sebuah platform digital yang mampu menampung dan mengelola ide inovatif secara terpusat dari berbagai divisi guna mendorong budaya inovasi dan kolaborasi internal. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi Dreambox sebagai platform pengumpulan dan pengelolaan ide yang memungkinkan karyawan mengajukan gagasan serta memberikan penilaian melalui fitur gamifikasi berbasis sistem poin. Aplikasi ini juga membuka kesempatan bagi pencari magang untuk berkolaborasi pada ide-ide tertentu yang tersedia khusus untuk program magang, sehingga mendorong sinergi lintas tim dan pengembangan inovasi secara lebih luas. Dreambox dikembangkan menggunakan Next.js pada sisi frontend dan Laravel pada sisi backend. Proses deployment dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Docker untuk menjaga konsistensi lingkungan, Nginx sebagai web server, serta penerapan SSL untuk memastikan keamanan komunikasi data. Dengan implementasi aplikasi ini, diharapkan PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan ide, partisipasi karyawan, serta memperluas peluang kolaborasi inovatif antara karyawan dan talenta magang.

PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia requires a digital platform capable of centrally accommodating and managing innovative ideas from various divisions to foster a culture of innovation and internal collaboration. To address this need, the Dreambox application was developed as an idea submission and management platform that enables employees to propose ideas and evaluate them through a gamification feature based on a point system. The application also provides opportunities for internship applicants to collaborate on selected ideas specifically opened for internship programs, thereby encouraging cross-team synergy and broader innovation development. Dreambox is developed using Next.js for the frontend and Laravel for the backend. The deployment process utilizes Docker to maintain environment consistency, Nginx as the web server, and SSL implementation to ensure secure data communication. Through the implementation of this application, PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia is expected to enhance the effectiveness of idea management, increase employee participation, and expand innovative collaboration opportunities between employees and internship talents.
