Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong meningkatnya kebutuhan akan pengembangan sistem berbasis web yang tidak hanya berfungsi secara teknis, tetapi juga relevan dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan pengguna. Laporan ini membahas pelaksanaan Program Magang Berdampak di PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia pada periode Agustus hingga Desember 2025, dengan fokus pada role system analyst dalam kegiatan analisis dan perancangan sistem berbasis web. Proses pengembangan mengacu pada 4D Suitmedia Digital Framework yang meliputi tahap Discover, Define, Deliver, dan Determine yang didukung oleh metodologi Waterfall guna menjaga keteraturan alur kerja serta kelengkapan dokumentasi pengembangan. Kontribusi utama difokuskan pada kegiatan analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan sistem, penyusunan spesifikasi fungsional, pemodelan proses bisnis menggunakan Unified Modeling Language, serta penerapan quality assurance melalui perancangan test case dan pelaksanaan pengujian fungsional. Penerapan quality assurance sejak tahap awal pengembangan membantu menjaga konsistensi hasil implementasi, mengurangi kesalahan fungsional, serta mendukung kelancaran komunikasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keterpaduan antara analisis kebutuhan yang sistematis dan pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas artefak pengembangan sistem berbasis web. Selain memperkuat kompetensi teknis pada bidang requirements engineering dan software quality assurance, pengalaman ini menunjukkan peran system analyst sebagai penghubung strategis antara kebutuhan bisnis dan solusi sistem digital berbasis web yang berkualitas dalam praktik industri. =====================================================================================================================================
Digital transformation has increased the demand for web-based system development that is not only technically functional but also aligned with business and user needs. This report presents the implementation of the Program Magang Berdampak at PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia from August to December 2025, focusing on the role of a system analyst in the analysis and design of web-based systems. The development process adopted the 4D Suitmedia Digital Framework, consisting of the stages Discover, Define, Deliver, and Determine, and was supported by the Waterfall methodology to ensure a structured development workflow and comprehensive documentation. The primary contributions of this internship include conducting user and system requirements analysis, developing functional specifications, modeling business processes using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and implementing quality assurance through test case design and functional testing. Integrating quality assurance from the early stages of development helped ensure implementation consistency, reduce functional errors, and facilitate effective communication among development stakeholders. The results indicate that the integration of systematic requirements analysis and continuous quality control contributes to improving the quality of web-based system development artifacts. Beyond enhancing technical competencies in requirements engineering and software quality assurance, this experience highlights the strategic role of a system analyst in bridging business requirements and the development of high-quality web-based digital solutions within industry practice.
