Abstract
Strategi SI mencakup 15 sistem: 3 optimized, 2 replace, 10 new system. Strategi TI terdiri dari 6 komponen meliputi peningkatan bandwidth, sistem integrasi, cloud, keamanan data, middleware, dan monitoring energi. Strategi Manajemen SI/TI mencakup 7 aspek dari infrastruktur hingga SDM TI. Portofolio aplikasi dipetakan dalam McFarlan Strategic Grid: 5 strategic, 5 high potential, 5 key operational, 3 support. Timeline implementasi disusun periode 2025-2030 dengan prioritas bertahap sesuai urgensi strategis.

Unplanned development of SI/IT can have negative impacts such as increased energy consumption and e-waste. The Yarsi Pharmacy Academy Pontianak faces the challenge of SI/IT planning with energy consumption of 5,477 kWh per month, producing 3,834 kgCO2 and the use of 75 paper reams equivalent to 4.6 trees per year. This research aims to design a Green IT-based SI/IT strategy to support the organization's vision and mission as well as environmental sustainability aspects. The research uses the Ward and Peppard method with three stages: input (business environment analysis using Value Chain, PEST, Porter's Five Forces and SI/IT analysis using asset inventory, Green IT Maturity Framework, G-Readiness), process (SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, CSF), and output (SI/IT strategy and portfolio). Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The SWOT results show the coordinates (1.31; 0.66) with the SO strategy. The Green IT Maturity level is at the incipient level with a moderate target. The research resulted in six key strategies and 15 Critical Success Factors. The SI strategy includes 15 systems: 3 optimized, 2 replace, 10 new systems. The IT strategy consists of 6 components including increasing bandwidth, integration systems, cloud, data security, middleware, and energy monitoring. The SI/IT Management Strategy covers 7 aspects from infrastructure to IT HR. The application portfolio is mapped in the McFarlan Strategic Grid: 5 strategic, 5 high potential, 5 key operational, 3 support. The implementation timeline is prepared for the 2025-2030 period with gradual priorities according to strategic urgency.
