Abstract

Telah dilakukan analisis data magneto-resistivitas pada bahan superkonduktor Bi-2212 dengan doping oksigen optimal (Bi-OP) dan doping oksigen tinggi (Bi-HO) yang memiliki Tc berturut-turut 93 K dan 70 K. Fokus kajian terutama pada daerah irreversibilitas pada kedua sampel dalam pengaruh medan magnet 100 Oe sampai dengan 40K Oe. Dari data magnetoresistivitas paA (T,B) didapat nilai resistivitas [p (Tc)] sebesar 9.90x10'5 (O.cm) dan lebar transisi (AT)= 65 K pada Bi-OP sedangkan pada Bisebesar 2.2x105 (Q.cm) danAT = 57K. Penggunaan persamaan garis irreversibilitas HilT (T) = H0 (1- T/Tc)m untuk H<H2D dan persamaan Hirr(T) = H0 menghasilkan fitting yang akurat, dan menghasilkan faktor anisotropy (y 2 ) sebesar 19800 dan 3100 masing-masing untuk Bi-OP dan Bi-HO.

Magneto-resistivity data of the Bi2Sr2CaCu208+ g superconducting materials with optimal (Bi-OP) and high oxygen doping (Bi-HO) having Tc respectively 93K and 70 K have been analyzed sepecially on irreversibility line for both sample in magnetic field 100 Oe to 40 Koe. From the data pab (T,B) resistively at Tc is 9,9 x 10'5 £2.cm, while the transition at Tc is 65 K and 57 K for the corresponding samples. Employing equations of irreveribility line for H,rr (T) = Ho (1- T/Tc)m for H>H2D , the accurate fittings have been achived to result in the degree of anisotropy 19,800 and 3,100 for Bi-OP and Bi-HO Samples respectively.
