Abstract

Timor-Leste memiliki perairan yang cukup luas dan mempunyai dua daerah yang terpisah oleh laut dan sangat membutuhkan infrastruktur terutama di alat transportasi laut, untuk mempermudah aktifitas melalui jalur laut seperti menangkut : penumpang, kontainer dan kendaraan. Berdasarkan Konstitusi Timor-Leste, Oecusse Ambeno ditetapkan sebagai daerah dengan Administratif Ekonomi Khusus dan merupakan wilayah enklave yang terpisah dari bagian Timor-leste dan atauro juga ditetapkan sebagai Daerah Dengan Administratif Ekonomi Khusus yang terletak di sebelah utara Dili. Karena Daerah Administratif Ekonomi Khusus Oecusse Ambeno dan Atauro terpisah dari wilayah Timor-Leste, maka untuk mencapai kesana harus menggunakan sarana transportasi laut. Karena kebutuhan masyarakat di Oecusse Ambeno dan Atauro dan penumpang yang yang setiap tahun berkunjung ke Daerah Administratif Khusus Oecusse Ambeno dan Atauro setiap tahun meningkat maka dengan kapal 3 In 1 ini mempermudah untuk mendistribusi barang maka diperlukan sebuah kapal yang bisa menangkut penumpang, kontainer dan kendaraan. Kapal 3-In-1 Container-Passenger-Vehicle yang didesain memiliki ukuran utama L = 52,2 m, B = 13,71 m, H = 3,93 m, dan T = 2,79 m. Kapal 3 in 1 ini mampu mengangkut penumpang sebanyak 260 orang, kontainer sebanyak 4 TEUs, dan kendaraan 50 Unit. Dengan ukuran dan jumlah muatan tersebut seluruh regulasi dan ketentuan teknis telah terpenuhi. Dari data kapal tersebut kemudian dibuat rencana garis , rencana umum , Safety Plan dan 3D Model.

Timor-Leste has a fairly large of water and has two areas separated by the sea and really needs infrastructure, especially in sea transportation, to facilitate activities through sea routes. Under the Timor-Leste Constitution, Oecusse Ambeno is designated as a Special Economic Administrative Region and is an enclave separate from the part of Timor-Leste and Atauro is also designated as a Special Economic Administrative Region located the north of Dili. Special Economic Administrative Regions of Oecusse Ambeno and Atauro are separated from the Timor-Leste region, to reach there must use sea transportation. Because the needs of the people in Oecusse Ambeno and Atauro and passengers who visit the Oecusse Ambeno and Atauro Special Administrative Regions every year increase, with this 3 In 1 vessel making it easier to distribute goods, a ship is needed that can handle passengers, containers and vehicles. This vessel has main dimension L = 52.2 m, B = 13.71 m, H = 3.93 m, and T = 2.79 m. This 3-in-1 vessel can carry 260 passengers, containers 4 TEUs, and vehicles 50 units. The Main Dimension and payload,and all regulations and technical requirements have been met. From the data of the ship then made a lines plan, General Arrangement, Safety Plan and 3D Model
