Abstract
KLM. Rumah Sakit Terapung Ksatria Airlangga (RSTKA) merupakan kapal berjenis phinisi yang dimodifikasi menjadi rumah sakit terapung yang saat ini memiliki pangkalan di Pelabuhan Rakyat Kalimas Surabaya. Kapal ini memiliki spesifikasi Loa = 27,2 meter, B = 7,2 meter, H = 2,86 meter, dan T = 2 meter. Kapal ini telah melakukan perjalanan menuju lokasi yang cenderung berada di wilayah tengah Indonesia sebanyak 49 titik lokasi, 2 (dua) diantaranya merupakan lokasi yang pernah disinggahi karena bencana alam yaitu Palu-Donggala-Sigi dan Lombok. Dengan jumlah kapal untuk beroperasi hanya 1 unit, Total Biaya Transportasi Laut selama melakukan layanan kesehatan ini sebesar Rp.2.999.414.950,09 dengan utilisasi 19% dari total durasi 3,6 tahun waktu layanan, jumlah pasien yang tertangani 30.786 orang sehingga rasio biaya/pasiennya sebesar Rp.77.938,51/pasien. Dalam perbandingan rentang waktu 3,6 tahun, Skenario optimasi Pola Operasi yang paling minimum adalah skenario optimasi 1 dengan jumlah pasien 159.971 orang dengan total frekuensi 7 (tujuh) kali, durasi pelayanan 28.091,9 jam, sehingga rasio biaya/pasiennya Rp.74.407,35/pasien dengan total biaya Rp.11.903.017.661,6. Skenario strategi jarak pola operasi yang paling minimum adalah strategi jarak maksimal dari Kalimas Surabaya sejauh 100 nm (nautical miles) dengan jumlah pasien yang terlayani 254.796 orang dengan total frekuensi 68 kali, durasi pelayanan 29.946 jam, sehingga rasio biaya/pasiennya Rp.42.278,6/pasien dengan total biaya Rp.10.772.417.056,78. Adapun Benefit-Cost Ratio KLM. Rumah Sakit Terapung Ksatria Airlangga terhadap Puskesmas lokasi tinjauan untuk kondisi eksisting sebesar 1,001, pangkalan 1 sebesar 3,09, pangkalan 2 sebesar 1,23, pangkalan 3 sebesar 1,67, dan skenario strategi jarak 100 nm sebesar 0,493

The spesification of the ship is Loa = 27,2 meter, B = 7,2 meter, H = 2,86 meter, and T = 2 meter. This ship already done some voyage to various location that located tend to center of Indonesia with amount of 49 location point, 2 (two) of them are locations that have been stop by the floating hospital because of nature disaster, the location is Palu-Donggala-Sigi and Lombok.
