Abstract
Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, Internet of Things menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari manusia. Smart Home menjadi salah satu bidang IoT yang sedang mengalami pertumbuhan peminat. Dengan adanya pertumbuhan peminat ini, maka kemanan dan privasi menjadi salah satu hal yang diperhatikan baik oleh pengguna maupun pengembang. Otomatisasi smart home juga menjadi salah satu harapan pengguna, di mana rumah bisa melakukan hal dengan otomatis namun pengguna juga tetap bisa melakukan kontrol secara manual. Pada tugas akhir ini diusulkan sistem smart home yang mampu melakukan monitor dan kontrol alat elektronik melalui internet, namun tetap mengedepankan keamanan, privasi, serta kemudahan. Platform Home Assistant digunakan karena kemanan dan privasi yang ditawarkannya, kemudian protokol komunikasi MQTT juga digunakan untuk mendukung kemudahan dalam mengakses alat elektronik di mana saja. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem Smart Home yang mampu melakukan monitoring dan Kontrol alat elektronik meskipun alat tersebut diletakkan di lokasi yang berbeda dengan server Home Assistant. Kemudian sistem juga mampu mempelajari kebiasaan pengguna dalam menyalakan dan mematikan alat elektronik menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes serta mendeteksi apabila terdapat anomali dalam penggunaan alat elektronik berdasarkan kebiasaan tersebut. Proses deteksi anomali ini dilakukan secara real-time setiap menit, sehingga pengguna bisa terus memantau kondisi alat elektronik dengan mudah.

Along with the development of technology, the Internet of Things has become a daily need for humans. Smart Home is one of the IoT fields that is experiencing growth in enthusiasts. With this growth in enthusiasts, security and privacy are one of the things that both users and developers pay attention to. Smart home automation is also one of the expectations of users, where homes can do things automatically but users can still control manually. In this final project, a smart home system is proposed that is able to monitor and control electronic devices via the internet, but still manages security, privacy, and convenience. The Home Assistant platform is used because of the security and privacy it offers, then the MQTT communication protocol is also used to support easy access to electronic devices anywhere. The results of this study are a Smart Home system that is able to monitor and control electronic devices even though the device is placed in a different location from the Home Assistant server. Then the system is also able to study user habits in pushing and turning off electronic devices using yahoo nave bayes and detecting anomalies in the use of electronic devices based on these habits. This anomaly detection process is carried out in real-time every minute, so that users can continue to monitor the condition of electronic devices easily.
