Abstract

Covid 19 adalah jenis penyakit baru yang disebabkan oleh virus dari golongan coronavirus, yaitu SARS-CoV-2 yang juga sering disebut virus corona. Bagi orang yang terkena covid 19 akan merasakan kondisi suhu tubuh diatas 37 derajat C, oksigen dalam darah dibawah 95% dan detak jantung rentang nilai antara 60 - 100% dengan berbagai macam gejala ringan, sedang dan berat. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka dibutuhkan sistem untuk monitoring kesehatan pasien covid 19 yang karantina mandiri di rumah khususnya pengecekkan kesehatan suhu tubuh dan detak jantung serta saturasi oksigen dalam darah pasien, dimana data tersebut akan diolah dengan menggunakan Algoritma Fuzzy berbasis IoT untuk meminimalisasi kontak langsung antara pasien covid 19 dan tenaga medis. Algoritma fuzzy merupakan cara yang tepat untuk memetakan suatu input kedalam suatu output. Pendekatan logika fuzzy memiliki keunggulan hasil yang berhubungan dengan atribut kognitif manusia, terutama dalam situasi yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan konsep, pengenalan pola dan pengambilan keputusan dalam lingkungan yang tidak pasti atau tidak jelas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memonitoring kesehatan pasien covid dengan metode Algoritma Fuzzy berbasis alat IoT. Hasil sistem monitoring didapatkan waktu dengan rata-rata delay pengiriman data ke server yang tidak signifikan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pembacaan sensor +- 17 detik dari sensor menerima input awal hingga nilai menjadi akurat. Pengujian alat dilakukan oleh beberapa sampel secara kontiniu lalu diuji coba fungsionalitas menggunakan beberapa skenario, diperoleh hasil tertinggi dari skenario yaitu 87% hasil benar berdasarkan skema Algoritma Fuzzy yang telah diatur.

Covid 19 is a new type of disease caused by a virus from the coronavirus group, namely SARS-CoV-2 which is also often called the corona virus. Based on the above problems, a system is needed for monitoring the health of COVID-19 patients who are self-quarantining at home, especially checking the health of body temperature and heart rate and oxygen saturation in the patient's blood, where the data will be processed using an IoT-based Fuzzy Algorithm to minimize direct contact between patients. covid 19 and medical personnel. Fuzzy algorithm is the right way to map an input into an output. The fuzzy logic approach has superior results related to human cognitive attributes, especially in situations related to concept formation, pattern recognition and decision making in an uncertain or unclear environment. This research is expected to be able to monitor the health of covid patients with the Fuzzy Algorithm method based on IoT tools. The results of the monitoring system obtained that the time with the average delay in sending data to the server is not significant and the time required for sensor readings is +-17 seconds from the sensor receiving the initial input until the value becomes accurate. The testing of the tool is carried out by several samples continuously and then the functionality is tested using several scenarios, the highest result is obtained from the scenario, which is 87% correct results based on the Fuzzy Algorithm scheme that has been set.
