Abstract
Transportasi telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia. Alat transportasi merupakan kebutuhan yang penting karena akan sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan pengejaran, terutama transportasi darat. Dengan banyaknya jumlah penggunaan kendaraan bermobil yang semakin banyak, diperlukannya memanauan lebih dalam perawatan keaadan mesin kendaraan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk menghindari adanya kecelakaan atau kerusakan yang mungkin timbul selama perjalanan pengemudi. Penelitian ini akan terfokus pada perancangan aplikasi yang dapat memonitor keadaan mesin kendaraan roda empat yang dapat dipantau. Dengan bantuan perangkat OBD Port II maka akan dihasilkan pembacaan data dari ECU atau Engine Control Unit kendaraan, maka akan dihasilkan sebuah data yang mempermudah pengemudi memahami kondisi Kendaraan saat ini. Adapun data yang akan ditampilkan berupa Distance Travelled, Vehicle Speed, Engine Coolant Temperature, dan Fuel Level Status. Data tersebut kemudian akan tertampilkan dan disimpan pada sebuah web server dan akan ditampilkan pada smartphone pengemudi. Uji coba dilakukan pada kendaraan secara langsung dimana komunikasi kendaraan dan web server menggunakan Mikrokontroler ELM327. Dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat menampilkan data yang akurat serta pemantauan yang sesuai dengan kondisi Kendaraan saat sedang digunakan.

Transportation has become one of the basic human needs. Transportation is an important requirement because it will greatly assist the community in pursuing, especially land transportation. With the increasing number of use of motorized vehicles, more monitoring is needed in the maintenance of vehicle engine conditions. This is necessary to avoid any accidents or damage that may occur during the driver's journey. This research will focus on designing applications that can monitor the state of the engine of a four-wheeled vehicle that can be monitored. With the help of the OBD Port II device, data readings from the vehicle's ECU or Engine Control Unit will be generated, so that data will be generated that makes it easier for the driver to understand the current condition of the vehicle. The data that will be displayed in the form of Distance Traveled, Vehicle Speed, Engine Coolant Temperature, and Fuel Level Status. The data will then be displayed and stored in a cloud and will be displayed on the driver's smartphone. The test was carried out on the vehicle directly where vehicle and web server communicate using Microcontroller ELM327. From the results of the tests carried out, it is known that the application can display accurate data and monitoring according to the condition of the vehicle when it is in use.
