Abstract
PT. Pemberian pelet yang dikonsumsi ikan yaitu K0 (Pelet Komersil); K1 (Pelet LEIG); K2 (Pelet LEIG + Probiotik 105 CFU/ml); K3 (Pelet LEIG + Probiotik 107 CFU/ml); K4 (Pelet LEIG + Probiotik 109 CFU/ml) dilakukan selama 30 hari pemeliharaan.

PT. Royal Medicalink Phrmalab, is a company which produce snakehead fish extract waste. The high nutrient content in the waste has the potential to be used as raw materials for fish pellets. In the cultivation process, fish pellets must be able to accelerate the growth rate and ensure the health quality of aquaculture products. So that, an effort to maintain the health of cultured fish should be to provide supplements to their artificial feed, which by adding probiotics. Probiotics are a type of non-pathogenic bacteria that can have a positive impact on the body, one of which is to increase the body's immune system. So, the purpose of this research was to determine the impact of introducing probiotics to LEIG pellets on the immunological response of catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The cultured fish sample used was C. gariepinus with a length of 7-9 cm and the fish will be fed treatment for 30 days by making 5 treatments on pellets. The application of pellets that will be consumed by fish is K0 (Commercial Pellets); K1 (LEIG Pellets); K2 (LEIG Pellets + Probiotics 105 CFU/ml); K3 (LEIG Pellets + Probiotics 107 CFU/ml); K4 (LEIG Pellets + Probiotic 109 CFU/ml) is performed during 30 days of maintenance. The addition of probiotics was done by spraying it on the feed and fermenting it for 24 hours. The results showed that the highest increase in the number of leukocytes and erythrocytes of C. gariepinus was in the K3 treatment (LEIG pellet + probiotic with 107 CFU/ml) with a number of cell is 1,54 x 103 cells/mm3 and 38.00 x 106 cells/mm3. So, it can be seen that the addition of probiotics to LEIG pellets can affect the immune response of C. gariepinus.
