Abstract
Menurut Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) 2019, semakin lama cadangan energi yang ada semakin menipis. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diambil adalah peningkatan efisiensi mesin, dengan cara meningkatkan rasio kompresi kerja engine. Tetapi bila peningkatan rasio kompresi tidak diimbangi dengan bahan bakar yang berkualitas hanya akan menimbulkan efek negatif yang sangat banyak diantaranya mengurangi umur dari sparepart engine dan menghasilkan cukup banyak emisi gas buang kendaraan yang berbahaya bagi tubuh. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut salah satu solusi yang dapat diambil kembali adalah mencampurkan aditif tambahan Eco Racing kedalam tangki bahan bakar kendaraanya sebagai improvement terhadap bahan bakar dengan pendapat perusahaan dapat meningkatkan sebanyak 5-10 RON, dapat menghemat konsumsi bahan bakar sebanyak 30-50%, dan dapat meningkatkan tenaga serta akselerasi dari kerja mesin. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mesin Honda CB150R menggunakan Bahan Bakar Pertamax Murni, Pertamax + Eco Racing, Pertamax Turbo Murni, dan Pertamax Turbo +l Eco Racing yang diuji pada dua rasio kompresi yaitu 10:1, dan 11:1. Pengujian performa dilakukan menggunakan Chassis Superflow Dynamometer & Flowbenches pada kondisi fully open throttle yang dilakukan penahanan pada putaran 3500 hingga 10000 rpm dengan interval kenaikan uji sebesar 500 rpm. Data yang didapatkan dari pengujian performa adalah daya, torsi, putaran mesin, dan waktu konsumsi 25ml bahan bakar. Pegujian Emisi Gas buang dilakukan menggunakan alat uji KANE Gas Analyzer yang diinputkan kedalam saluran exhaust Chassis Superflow Dynamometer & Flowbenches yang telah disediakan, dan data yang didapatkan dari pengujian emisi gas buang adalah Air-Fuel Ratio, emisi gas CO, dan emisi gas HC. Serta pengambilan sampel temperature mesin (blok) dan temperature gas buang (knalpot) menggunakan alat ukur Thermogun Industry. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa penambahan pil Eco Racing kedalam bahan bakar referensi (:Pertamax Murni, dan Pertamax Turbo Murni) menghasilkan peningkatan kualitas bahan bakar, antara lain: peningkatan Angka Oktan sebesar 1.68% dan 1.86%, peningkatan Low Heating Value sebesar 16.90% dan 11.53%, penurunan Massa Jenis sebesar -1.28% dan 0.95%, dan penurunan Kinematic Viscosity sebesar -13.58% dan -8.57%. Berdasarkan pengujian, nilai maksimum dan nilai rata – rata hasil pengujian yang didapatkan pada rasio kompresi 10:1 dan 11:1, penambahal pil Eco Racing pada bahan bakar Pertamax Murni menghasilkan; peningkatan daya maksimum sebesar +2.04% dan +7.36%, peningkatan daya rerata sebesar +1.85% dan +3.54%, peningkatan nilai torsi maksimum sebesar +3.64% dan +0.00 %, peningkatan torsi rerata sebesar +1.67% dan +0.84%, peningkatan nilai SFC xviii. minimum sebesar +3.94% dan +1.98%, penurunan SFC rerata sebesar -1.03% dan -1.42%, peningkatan nilai efisiensi termal maksimum sebesar +1.79% dan +3.54%, dan peningkatan efisiensi termal rerata sebesar +3.77% dan +7.63%. Berdasarkan pengujian, nilai maksimum dan nilai rata – rata hasil pengujian yang didapatkan pada rasio kompresi 10:1 dan 11:1, penambahal pil Eco Racing pada bahan bakar Pertamax Turbo Murni menghasilkan; penurunan nilai daya maksimum sebesar -2.90% dan -2.54%, penurunan daya rerata sebesar -2.44% dan - 2.61%, penurunan nilai torsi maksimum sebesar -1.77% dan -4.44%, penurunan torsi rerata sebesar -1.33% dan -5.57%, penurunan nilai SFC minimum sebesar -2.39% dan -2.75%, peningkatan SFC rerata sebesar +0.64% dan penurunan -2.21%, peningkatan nilai efisiensi termal maksimum sebesar +9.93% dan +9.34%, dan peningkatan efisiensi termal rerata sebesar +7.95% dan +10.46.

According to the 2019 Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT), the existing energy reserves are depleting. One solution that can be taken is to increase engine efficiency, by increasing the engine compression ratio. However, if the increase in the compression ratio is not matched by quality fuel, it will only have negative effects, many of which reduce the life of engine spare parts and produce quite a lot of vehicle exhaust emissions that are harmful to the body. To overcome this, one solution that can be taken back is to mix additional Eco Racing additives into the vehicle's fuel tank as an improvement to fuel with the company's opinion that it can increase as much as 5-10 RON, can save fuel consumption by 30- 50%, and can increase the power and acceleration of the engine work This research was conducted on a Honda CB150R engine using Pure Pertamax Fuel, Pertamax + Eco Racing, Pure Pertamax Turbo, and Pertamax Turbo + Eco Racing which were tested on two compression ratios 10:1 and 11:1. Performance testing was carried out using Chassis Superflow Dynamometer & Flowbenches at fully open throttle conditions which were held at 3500 to 10000 rpm rotation with a test increment interval of 500 rpm. The data obtained from the performance test are power, torque, engine speed, and consumption time of 25ml of fuel. Exhaust emission testing is carried out using the KANE Gas Analyzer test instrument which is inputted into the provided Chassis Superflow Dynamometer & Flowbenches exhaust duct, and the data obtained from exhaust emission testing are Air-Fuel Ratio, CO gas emissions, and HC gas emissions. As well as sampling the engine temperature (block) and exhaust gas temperature (exhaust) using a Thermogun Industry measuring instrument. The results of this study showed that adding Eco Racing pills to Pertamax Pure fuel and Pertamax Turbo Pure resulted in an increase in fuel quality, including: an increase in Octane Numbers by 1.68% and 1.86%, an increase in Low Heating Value by 16.90% and 11.53%. , decreased Density by -1.28% and 0.95%, and decreased Kinematic Viscosity by - 13.58% and -8.57%, respectively. Based on the test, the maximum value and the average value of the test results obtained at the compression ratio of 10:1 and 11:1, adding Eco Racing pills to Pertamax Pure fuel resulted in; increase in maximum power by +2.04% and +7.36%, increase in average power by +1.85% and +3.54%, increase in maximum torque value by +3.64% and +0.00%, increase in average torque by +1.67% and +0.84%, increase the minimum SFC values are +3.94% and +1.98%, the average SFC decreases are -1.03% and - 1.42%, the maximum thermal efficiency increases are +1.79% and +3.54%, and the average thermal efficiency increases are +3.77% and +7.63 %.
