Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan margarin dilakukan melalui proses interesterifikasi enzimatik. Pabrik margarin ini direncanakan untuk berjalan dengan kapasitas 100.000 ton/tahun sepanjang 330 hari per tahun. Pabrik ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan margarin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan pabrik margarin adalah Minyak Kelapa Sawit Mentah atau yang biasa disebut Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Pabrik ini direncanakan akan dibangun di Kalimantan Timur, hal ini telah dipertimbangkan melalui beberapa aspek yang salah satunya ketersediaan Bahan Baku. Interesterifikasi Enzimatik akan dilakukan pada suhu 30°C dan pada tekanan 1 atm menggunakan reaktor alir tangki berpengaduk dengan tingkat konversi reaksi 100%. Dari studi evaluasi ekonomi pabrik ini, disimpulkan bahwa didapatkan penaksiran modal (CAPEX) sebesar Rp735.016.496.033,20; biaya operasional (OPEX) sebesar Rp5.374.728.000.000,00. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik margarin dengan kapasitas 100.000 ton/tahun adalah beresiko rendah dan layak secara ekonomis. Berdasarkan kondisi operasi sifat-sifat bahan baku dan produk, pabrik Margarin dari Minyak Kelapa Sawit ini tergolong pabrik beresiko rendah. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi terhadap pabrik ini menunjukkan laju pengembalian modal (IRR) didapatkan sebesar 20,64% dengan bungka pinjaman 8% per tahun. Waktu pengembalian modal (POT) selama 5 Tahun 1 Bulan. NPV yang didapatkan juga bernilai positif yaitu Rp199.334.600.408. Dari data analisa kelayakan di atas disimpulkan bahwa pabrik ini menguntungkan dan layak untuk didirikan.

The margarine manufacturing plant is carried out through an enzymatic interesterification process. The margarine factory is planned to run with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year for 330 days per year. This factory is expected to produce margarine to meet domestic demand. The raw material used in the manufacture of margarine factories is Crude Palm Oil or commonly called Crude Palm Oil (CPO). This factory is planned to be built in East Kalimantan, this has been considered through several aspects, one of which is the availability of raw materials. Enzymatic interesterification will be carried out at a temperature of 30°C and at a pressure of 1 atm using a stirred tank flow reactor with a reaction conversion rate of 100%. From this factory economic evaluation study, it was concluded that the estimated capital (CAPEX) was Rp. 735,016.496,033.20; operational costs (OPEX) of Rp. 5,374,728,000,000.00. Based on the economic analysis, it can be concluded that a margarine factory with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year is low risk and economically feasible. Based on the operating conditions and the properties of raw materials and products, the Margarine from Palm Oil factory is classified as a low risk factory. Based on the economic analysis of this factory, the rate of return on capital (IRR) is 20.64% with an interest rate of 8% per year. Payback period (POT) for 5 years 1 month. The NPV obtained is also positive, namely Rp. 199,334,600,408. From the feasibility analysis data above, it is concluded that this factory is profitable and feasible to establish.
