Abstract
Tolong menolong merupakan salah satu interaksi ketergantungan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang seiring berkembangnya zaman dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kompleks untuk bencana dan juga permasalahan nasional lainnya. Pada tahun 2020 ketika terpaan badai pandemi COVID-19 datang yang menjadi tantangan nasional dan internasional, volunteer ikut dikerahkan untuk membantu dengan jumlah sekitar 26,4 ribu yang terbagi dalam berbagai peran untuk dijalankan. Sayangnya, masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam kegiatan volunteering seperti rekrutmen yang berpotensi sepi, kesulitan berkoordinasi, dan juga relawan yang belum memiliki kualifikasi yang sesuai. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi latar belakang dari pengembangan Aplikasi volunteering support bernama “voluntree.id” yang menjembatani volunteer dengan kegiatan sosial yang memerlukan bantuan sumber daya. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan keunggulan inovasi berupa aplikasi volunteering support pertama di Indonesia dengan pilihan berbagai resource yang diperlukan mulai dari tenaga, donasi, dan juga konten dengan pilihan user berupa penyelenggara dan volunteer itu sendiri. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking Framework yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototyping, dan Testing. Pada tahap empathize berfokus kepada mengetahui karakteristik user. Di tahap berikutnya yaitu tahap define dilakukan proses pendefinisian masalah melalui Context Map Canvas untuk mengetahui lebih jauh lingkungan Volunteering dan menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas untuk mengetahui value apa yang bisa ditawarkan aplikasi. Tahap ketiga yaitu ideate berguna untuk mengolah ide dari masalah yang telah didefinisikan sebelumnya melalui House of Quality, Data Flow Diagram, dan UI Consideration Table yang menghasilkan prioritas kebutuhan user yang diterjemahkan serta flow process utama aplikasi. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu tahap pembuatan prototype yang dimulai dengan membuat pemetaan sitemap, wireframe, dan static prototype yang dibuat menggunakan Figma berdasarkan 24 flow process utama aplikasi. Tahap terakhir yaitu tahap testing berguna untuk menguji usability aplikasi Voluntree.id menggunakan System Usablity Scale (SUS) kuisioner yang menghasilkan skor sebesar 78,50 yang masuk dalam kategori Good.

Helping people is one of the interactions of human dependence as social beings which as time goes by can be done to solve complex problems for disasters and other national problems. In 2020, when the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic came which became a national and international challenge, volunteers were also mobilized to help with a total of about 26.4 thousand divided into various roles to carry out. Unfortunately, there are still various obstacles in volunteering activities such as recruitment which is potentially lonely, difficulties in coordinating in one command online, and lack of qualifications. These problems became the background for the development of a volunteering support application called “voluntree.id” which bridges volunteers with social activities that require resource assistance. This application is designed with innovation in the form of the first volunteering support application in Indonesia with a choice of various resources needed starting from human resources, money donations, and also content with user choices in the form of organizers and volunteers themselves. This application is designed using the Design Thinking Framework method which consists of 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototyping, and Testing. At the empathize stage, it focuses on knowing the characteristics and personas for the two target users of Voluntree.id, namely the volunteer user and the activity organizer user. In the next stage, namely the define stage, the problem definition process is carried out through the Context Map Canvas to find out more about the Volunteering environment and use the Value Proposition Canvas to find out what value the application can offer. The third stage is ideate, which is useful for processing ideas from problems that have been previously defined through the House of Quality, Data Flow Diagrams, and UI Consideration Tables which produce translated user needs priorities and the main application flow processes. The next stage is the prototyping stage, which starts with mapping a sitemap, wireframe, and static prototype made using Figma based on the 24 main application flow processes. The last stage is the testing stage, which useful for testing the usability of the Voluntree.id application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire which produces a score of 78.50 which means in the Good category.
