Abstract
Scrum adalah kerangka kerja bersifat agile yang digunakan oleh divisi XYZ unicorn company sejak tahun 2016. Baru-baru ini terdapat beberapa masalah terkait implementasi Scrum seperti banyaknya task atau tugas yang tidak terselesaikan dan tidak sesuai dengan target yang diracang di awal sprint, banyaknya backlog, banyaknya carry over item yang menyebabkan efek snowballing task pada team. Penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan dari pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur berupa Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) yang disesuaikan terhadap Agile Maturity Model (AMM) dengan landasan kerangka berfikir Software Process Improvement (SPI). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan tim development yang secara langsung yang telah bekerja menggunakan Scrum. Hasil tingkat kematangan terdapat pada level 2 sehingga usulan perbaikan kedepannya akan fokus untuk memperbaiki praktik yang belum tercapai padal level 2 dan meningkatkan tingkat kematangan pada level 3. Usulan perbaikan yang dihasilkan dari pemetaan rekomendasi perbaikan adalah 17 usulan perbaikan. Validasi juga dilakukan untuk memastikan rekomendasi perbaikan dapat diimplementasikan oleh organisasi.

Scrum is an agile framework that has been used by the XYZ division of unicorn company since 2016. Recently, there have been several problems related to the implementation of Scrum such as many tasks or tasks that are not completed and do not match the targets that were designed at the beginning of the sprint, the large number of backlogs, the large number of a carry over item that causes a snowballing task effect on the team. This research will increase the improvement of software development with quantitative research methodology using a measuring instrument in the form of the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) which is adapted to the Agile Maturity Model (AMM) with the basis of the Software Process Improvement (SPI) framework. Data is collected through direct interviews with the development team who have been working directly with Scrum. The results of improvements at level 2 so that future improvements will focus on improving practices that have not been achieved at level 2 and increasing the level of maturity at level 3. Proposed improvements resulting from mapping recommendations for improvement are 17 improvement proposals. Validation is also carried out to ensure improvements can be implemented by the organization.
