Abstract
Rumah Kapas merupakan start up yang berdiri dibidang garment yang dimanadalam proses bisnisnya memiliki 3 aktivitas utama. Yaitu Rumah Kapas Garment Network, Rumah Kapas Garment Warehouse (RKGW) dan Rumah Kapas Basic (RKB). Saat ini, sistem di rumah kapas masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Seluruh aktivitas diperantarakan melalui admin perusahaan. Sehingga, rumah kapas akan sulit untuk scale up dan melebarkan pangsa pasarnya keseluruh Indonesia. Dengan itu, rumah kapas akan melakukan transformasi digital dimana seluruh aktivitas dan layanan yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Kapas dapat diakses melalui platform digital perusahaan. Namun, sebelum merelesasikan hal tersebut, diperlukan risk management agar seluruh detail saat eksekusi dapat dipersiapkan terlebih dahulu untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya Risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan maupun stakeholder lainnya. Proses identifikasi Risiko dimulai dengan memetaakan aktivitas bisnis perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode IDEF0. Selanjutnya adalah melakukan analisis, penilaian, dan evaluasi Risiko dengan pendekatan FMEA. Setelah itu Risiko diberikan penilaian dan akan dikategorikan menjadi 3 level Risiko, yaitu low risk, moderate risk dan high risk. Berdasarkan kategori tersebut dilakukan perancangan rekomendasi penanganan dan mitigasi Risiko. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi aktivitas kerja RKGN dan dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi risiko, didapatkan 175 kombinasi risiko yang teridentifikasi dari 26 aktivitas kerja RKGN. Berdasarkan pengkategorian risiko dengan risk clustering, didapatkan didapatkan 40% risiko tergolong high risk, 28% risiko tergolong moderate, dan 32% risiko tergolong low risk. Pada usulan penanganan risiko kritikal didapatkan bahwa tipe penanganan yang memiliki proporsi terbesar ialah Accept sebesar 44.1%, disusul dengan Mitigate 35.3%, Avoid 17.6% dan Transfer 2.9%. Salah satu contoh usulan penanganan yang diberikan ialah pada Risiko R81 yaitu “terdapat celah keamanan” yang diberikan tipe penanganan transfer yaitu “mendapatkan Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate dengan membeli kepada otoritas sertifikasi terpercaya”

Rumah Kapas is a start-up that stands in the garment sector, which in its business process has 3 main activities. These are Rumah Kapas Garment Network, Rumah Kapas Garment Warehouse (RKGW) and Rumah Kapas Basic (RKB). Currently, the system in the cotton house is still done conventionally. All activities are mediated through the company admin. Thus, it will be difficult for cotton houses to scale up and expand their market share throughout Indonesia. With that, Rumah Cotton will carry out a digital transformation where all activities and services owned by Rumah Kapas can be accessed through the company's digital platform. However, before completing this, risk management is needed so that all details during execution can be prepared in advance to reduce the potential for risks that can harm the company and other stakeholders. The risk identification process begins with mapping the company's business activities using the IDEF0 method. The next step is to carry out risk analysis, assessment, and evaluation using the FMEA approach. After that, the risk is assessed and will be categorized into 3 levels of risk, namely low risk, moderate risk and high risk. Based on these categories, recommendations for handling and risk mitigation are designed. Based on the results of the identification of RKGN work activities and continued with risk identification, 175 risk combinations were identified from 26 RKGN work activities. Based on risk categorization with risk clustering, obtained 40% risk classified as high risk, 28% risk classified as moderate, and 32% risk classified as low risk. In the critical risk management proposal, it was found that the type of handling that has the largest proportion is Accept at 44.1%, followed by Mitigate 35.3%, Avoid 17.6% and Transfer 2.9%. One example of the risk management proposal given is R81 Risk, namely there is a security gap considering the type of transfer handling, namely "getting a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate by buying from a trusted certification authority"
