Abstract
Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Punduttrate, Kecamatan Benjeng, Kabupaten Gresik merupakan salah satu wilayah yang terdampak kekeringan. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut perlu dilakukannya kajian hidrologi pada daerah penelitian. Salah satu teknis awal dalam melakukan kajian hidrologi ialah mengidentifikasi koefisien aliran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi koefisien aliran, persebarannya serta klasifikasinya di Desa Punduttrate, Kecamatan Benjeng dengan menggunakan metode Cook dan berbasis SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis) di daerah penelitian. Berdasarkan metode Cook terdapat 4 Parameter yang digunakan untuk menentukan koefisien aliran yaitu tutupan lahan, kemiringan lereng, infiltrasi tanah dan kerapatan aliran. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan kemiringan lereng di Desa Pundutrate di dominasi oleh kemiringan datar dengan luas 347 ha. Tutupan lahan di Desa Punduttrate didominasi oleh lahan terbuka dengan luas 180 ha. Infiltrasi tanah di Desa Punduttrate didominasi oleh infiltrasi cepat dengan luas 272 ha. Kemudian simpanan air permukaan di Desa Punduttrate termasuk baik dengan nilai 2,24 km/km2 . Setelah didapatkan nilai keempat parameter koefisien aliran, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan koefisien aliran dengan menggunakan metode Cook. Nilai koefisien aliran di Desa Pundutrate sebesar 0,452, artinya 45,2% air terlimpas di permukaan, 54,8% air terserap di dalam tanah. Berdasarkan Klasifikasi koefisien aliran metode Cook diklasifikasikan koefisien aliran rendah. Sedangkan persebaran nilai koefisien aliran di Desa Punduttrate diklasifikasikan rendah, di mana nilai koefisien terbesar ialah 0,159 dan nilai koefisien aliran terkecil ialah 0,105.

This research is located in Punduttrate Village, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency, which is one of the areas affected by drought. Based on this information, it is necessary to conduct a hydrological study in the research area. One of the initial techniques in conducting a hydrological study is to identify the run off coefficient. The purpose of this study was to identify the run off coefficient, its distribution and classification in Punduttrate Village, Benjeng District using the Cook method and based on GIS (Geographical Information System) in the study area. Based on the Cook method there are 4 parameters used to determine the run off coefficient, namely land cover, slope slope, soil infiltration and flow density. The results of this study showed that the slope in the village of Pundutrate was dominated by a flat slope with an area of 347 ha. The land cover in Punduttrate Village is dominated by open land with an area of 180 ha. Soil infiltration in Punduttrate Village is dominated by rapid infiltration with an area of 272 ha. Then the surface water storage in Punduttrate Village is good with a value of 2.24 km/km2. After obtaining the values of the four flow coefficient parameters, then the run off coefficient calculations were carried out using the Cook method. The value of the run off coefficient in Pundutrate Village is 0.452, meaning that 45.2% of the water runs off the surface, 54.8% of the water is absorbed into the ground. Based on the classification of flow coefficients Cook's method is classified as low flow coefficient. While the distribution of run off coefficient values in Punduttrate Village is classified as low, where the largest run off coefficient value is 0.159 and the smallest holist coefficient value is 0.105.
