Abstract

Daerah pesisir sebagai padat penduduk dengan kegiatan sosial- ekonomi yang aktif, saat ini mengalami efek samping di berbagai sektor akibat wabah virus Covid-19 sejak dinyatakannya sebagai pandemi oleh World Health Organization (WHO) pada 12 Maret 2020. Topik penelitian ini adalah analisis penyebab menurunnya kegiatan perekonomian dan perdagangan pada masyarakat pesisir di Kelurahan Kroman, Gresik. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab masyarakat pesisir Pantai Kroman mengalami penurunan aktivitas perekonomian dan perdagangan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan mengidentifikasi probabilitasnya serta memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi dampak Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini yaitu Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Langkah pertama yang yang diambil dipenelitian ini, yaitu dengan membaca studi literatur dan mencari data dengan wawancara secara langsung lalu hasilnya diolah menggunakan metode FTA untuk mencari faktor penyebab menurunnya aktivitas perdagangan dan perekonomian masyarakat pesisir Kroman serta mengindetifikasi probabilitas dari dampak pandemi Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya faktor-faktor utama penyebab menurunnya aktivitas perdagangan dan perekonomian berupa menurunya penjualan hasil laut, menurunnya aktivitas jual beli di pasar ikan, menurunnya omset hasil penjualan ikan yang dialami pedagang, dan menurunnya ekonomi wisata pesisir pantai sehingga diketahui probabilitas masyarakat pesisir Kenjeran dalam menghadapi penurunan aktivitas perdagangan dan perekonomian yaitu sebesar 0.7002 atau 70%. Rekomendasi mitigasi yang dapat diberikan adalah pemerintah bekerja sama dengan dinas kesehatan untuk mengutamakan pencegahan serta penerapan utama secara ketat protokol kesehatan di lokasi perdagangan, mengadakan bantuan sosial bagi masyarakat, menumbuhkan ide wirausaha baru untuk masyarakat setempat, serta membantu menghidupkan Kembali tempat pariwisata di Kelurahan Kroman.

Coastal areas, as densely populated areas with high socio-economic activities, are currently experiencing side effects in various sectors due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak since it was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 12, 2020. The topic of this research is risk analysis causes of decreasing economic and trade activities in coastal communities in Kroman village, Gresik. This analysis aims to determine the factors that cause the coastal community of Kroman Beach to experience a decline in economic and trade activity during the Covid-19 pandemic and identify the probabilities and provide recommendations for mitigating the impact of Covid-19. The method used in this analysis is Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The first step to strat this research is by reading literature studies and looking for data by direct interviews. The results are processed using the FTA method to find factors causing the decline in trade and economic activities of the Kroman coastal community and identify the probability of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are the identification of the main factors causing the decline in trade and economic activity in the form of decreased sales of marine products, buying and selling activities in the fish market, decreased turnover of fish sales experienced by traders, and the decline in the coastal tourism economy so it is known that the probability of Kenjeran coastal communities in facing a decline in trade and economic activity is 0.7002 or 70%. Mitigation recommendations that can be given are that the government cooperates with the health office to prioritize prevention and the strict application of health protocols at trade locations, provide social assistance for the community, foster new entrepreneurial ideas for the local community, and help revive tourism sites in Kroman Village.
