Abstract

Pelabuhan Bias Munjul adalah salah satu pelabuhan segitiga emas di Provinsi Bali. Proyek ini berpedoman pada peraturan daerah Bali No. 4 tahun 2020 tentang penguatan dan kemajuan Bali. Pembangungan proyek Pelabuhan Bias Munjul direncanakan untuk menyediakan fasilitas transportasi yang memadai untuk kebutuhan distribusi logistik. Dalam pembangunan proyek Pelabuhan Bias Munjul dilakukan pembangunan kolam fast boat dengan menggunakan blok beton. Kolam fast boat adalah kolam labuh yang digunakan sebagai tempatbersandar dan menurunkan penumpang kapal-kapal fast boat. Namun, penyusunan kolam Fast boat tidak sesuai masterplan sehingga ada perubahan desain dalam kolam fast boat. Letak kolam fast boat di pantai yang merupakan letak proses dinamis seperti transpor sedimen. Salah satu proses dinamis adalah transpor sedimen yang merupakan proses pemindahan sedimen pada air laut akibat gaya gelombang dan arus. Transpor sedimen dapat menyebabkan sedimentasi diberbagai tempat seperti garis pantai, muara sungai, atau pintu masuk kolam fast boat. Jika pengendapan sedimentasi tersebut terjadi di kolam fast boat maka akan menimbulkan masalah karena penumpukan pengendapan dapat mengurangi kedalaman kolam fast boat yang direncanakan. Oleh karena itu, bagi perencana desain perlu memperhatikan perubahan desain yang dilakukan dapat mempengaruhi sedimentasi atau tidak. Tugas Akhir ini meneliti tentang analisis sedimentasi akibat perubahan desain blok beton pada kolam fast boat menggunakan pemodelan software Delft3D. Hasilnya volume sedimen di dalam kolam fast boat pada sebelum perubahan desain, pada area satu 3.29785 m3, area dua 3.453.E-01 m3, dan area tiga 2.750.E- 04 m3. Sedangkan kondisi kolam fast boat saat sesudah perubahan desain, volume sedimen area satu 2.45847 m3, area dua 2.282.E-01 m3, dan area tiga 1.551.E-04 m3. Tingkat sedimentasi selama satu tahun dari kedua kondisi masih memiliki sedimentasi yang rendah. Hal ini masih belum berbahaya bagi kolam fast boat yang memiliki elevasi 2 meter. Sehingga selama satu tahun ke depan masih belum diperlukan adanya penanggulangan sedimentasi apapun.

Bias Munjul Port is one of the golden triangle ports in the Bali Province. This project is guided by Bali Local Government Regulation No. 4 of 2020 concerning the strengthening and progress of Bali. The construction of the Bias Munjul Port Project is planned to provide adequate transportation facilities for logistics distribution. In the construction of the Bias Munjul Port Project, a Fast boat basin was constructed using concrete blocks. A fast boat basin is an anchored basin that is used as a place to lean on and lower passengers on Fast boat ships. However, the Fast boat basin’s arrangement was not following the master plan, so there was a design change in the Fast boat basin. Fast boat basin’s location on the beach is the location of dynamic processes. One of the dynamic processes is sediment transport which is the process of transferring sediment in seawater due to wave and current forces. Sediment transport can cause sedimentation in various place such as shorelines, rivermouths, or fast boat basin’s enterances. If sedimentation occurs in the fast boat basin, it will cause problems because the accumulation of sediment can reduce the depth of the planned fast boat basin. Therefore, design planners need to pay attention to design changes that may affect of sedimentation or not. This undergraduate thesis examines analysis of sedimentation due to design changes concrete blocks in the fast boat basin using Delft3D software modelling. The result is sediment volume in the fast boat basin before the design change, in area one 3.29785 m3, area two 3.453.E-01 m3, and area three 2.750.E-04 m3. While the condition of fast boat basin after design change, sediment volume for area one is 2.45847 m3, area two is 2.282.E-01 m3, and area three is 1.551.E.04 m4. Sediment rate for one year from both conditions still have low sedimentation. This is still not dangerous for the fast boat basin that have an elevation of 2 meters. So that for the next one year, there is still no need for any sedimentation countermeasures.
