Abstract
Dangkalnya perairan pada alur pelayaran pelabuhan Bias Munjul mengharuskannya dilakukan pengerukan pada alur pelayaran proyek pembangunan pelabuhan Bias Munjul. Volume sedimen pengerukan pada alur pelayaran pelabuhan Bias Munjul sebesar 141.560,056 m3 dengan volume siltation 10% sebesar 14.156,006 m3. Analisa menentukan kapal keruk yang dapat beroperasi pada lokasi dilakukan dan diketahui bahwa kapal keruk Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) dan Suction Dredger (SD) dapat beroperasi dengan ketentuan SD hanya dapat beroperasi pada area tertentu. Pengerukan pada alur pelayaran proyek pembangunan pelabuhan Bias Munjul sebelumnya sudah dilakukan menggunakan kapal CSD Galileo. Namun, akibat seringnya terjadi masalah kini pihak pelaksana berencana menggantinya dengan kapal keruk baru yang diantaranya adalah Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) JLCSD300, Sand Pump (SD) CP150i, dan Sand Pump (SD) HY85/160. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat 4 metode pengerukan sebagai perbandingan yang diantaranya adalah Metode A menggunakan CSD Galileo, Metode B menggunakan CSD JLCSD300, Metode C menggunakan CSD Galileo, SD CP150i dan SD HY85/160, dan Metode D menggunakan CSD JLCSD300, SD CP150i dan SD HY85/160. Dari keempat Metode tersebut, didapatkan durasi pengerukan tercepat selama 39 hari pada Metode C, dan biaya termurah Rp 6.730.407.061,- pada Metode D. Analisa juga dilakukan pada kapasitas pengerukan aktual CSD Galileo menggunakan data batimetri selama 3 bulan dan dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuas keruk aktual CSD Galileo hanya 5,36% dari spesifikasi yang di klaim yang menyebabkan keterlambatan durasi pada Metode C menjadi 727 hari, yang artinya durasi pengerukan tercepat beralih ke Metode D dengan durasi 46 hari.

Shallow waters on the shipping lane of Bias Munjul port required dredging for the Bias Munjul port construction project. The volume amount of sediment that need to be dredged is 141,560.056 m3 with 10% siltation volume of 14,156.006 m3. Analysis for determining which dredgers can operate at the location is carried out and it is known that the Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) and Suction Dredger (SD) are able to operate with the condition that SD can only operate in certain areas. Dredging on the shipping lane of the Bias Munjul port construction project had previously been carried out using CSD Galileo. However, due to frequent difficulties, PT. XYZ planned to replace it with new dredgers, which include the Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) JLCSD300, Sand Pump (SD) CP150i, and Sand Pump (SD) HY85/160. In this final project, 4 dredging methods were made for comparison, including Method A using CSD Galileo, Method B using CSD JLCSD300, Method C using CSD Galileo, SD CP150i, SD HY85/160, and Method D using CSD JLCSD300, SD CP150i, and SD HY85/160. From the four mentioned methods, the fastest dredging duration was 39 days with Method C, and the cheapest cost was Rp 6,730,407,061,- with Method D. Other analyzes were also carried out to find out the actual dredging capacity of CSD Galileo using 3 months of bathymetric data, and it can be seen that the actual dredging capacity of CSD Galileo was only 5.36% from the claimed specifications which caused a delay for Method C becoming 727 days to complete, which means the fastest dredging duration was switched to Method D with 46 days.
