Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari website resmi pemerintah mengenai Covid-19 menunjukkan kenaikan angka terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, oleh sebab itu perlu antisipasi dengan cara selalu menaati protokol kesehatan. Pemakaian masker menjadi sebuah kewajiban masyarakat Indonesia sebagai salah satu cara buat menghentikan penyebaran virus Covid-19, serta saat ini banyak sekali warga yang masih melanggar protokol kesehatan. Tidak hanya itu dari surat edaran dari website resmi dari Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan jika sekolah diperbolehkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi Pencatatan Kehadiran dan Pendeteksi Masker.Pada aplikasi Pencatatan Kehadiran dan Pendeteksi Masker diterapkan teknologi deteksi masker dan face recognition yang diperoleh melalui transfer learning dari MobileNet dan Convolutional Neural Network. Dalam proses pencatatan kehadiran terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu yang pertama adalah memasukan kode presensi pada smartphone, selanjutnya kode presensi akan dikirim ke server untuk memvalidasi kode presensi yang dikirim, tahap ketiga adalah proses pengunggahan foto pada smartphone, tahap keempat deteksi masker berdasarkan model yang telah dihasilkan pada proses training data menggunakan transfer learning dengan akurasi Apabila gambar wajah memakai masker, maka sistem akan mengubah status kehadiran.

Not only that from a circular from the official website of the Ministry of Education and Culture if schools are allowed to carry out face-to-face learning by complying with health protocols. Therefore, an application for Attendance Recording and Mask Detection is needed. In the Presence Recording and Mask Detection application, mask detection and face recognition technology is applied which is obtained through transfer learning from MobileNet and Convolutional Neural Network. In the attendance recording process there are several stages, the first is entering the presence code on the smartphone, then the attendance code will be sent to the server to validate the attendance code sent, the third stage is the process of uploading photos on the smartphone, the fourth stage is mask detection based on the model that has been generated on the smartphone. data training process using transfer learning. If the face image is wearing a mask, the system will change the presence status.
