Abstract

Rencana Pembelajaran Semester atau yang biasa disebut dengan RPS merupakan dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun sebagai panduan bagi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan selama satu semester untuk mencapai capaian pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Kebutuhan sistem RPS sangat diperlukan seluruh dosen perguruan tinggi untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatan dokumen RPS. Pada saat ini, kebutuhan tersebut masih belum bisa terpenuhi karena tidak ada sistem yang menangani hal tersebut. Maka dari itu, Aplikasi Sistem Pembuat Dokumen Rencana Pembelajaran Semester diusulkan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan diatas. Aplikasi ini berbasis website yang mudah dipahami dan dapat membuat dokumen secara mudah. Dokumen RPS yang telah dibuat dapat diunduh oleh dosen yang membuat dokumen tersebut. Selain itu, pada aplikasi ini juga dapat mengunggah dokumen RPS yang telah dibuat untuk mengecek dokumen tersebut apakah sudah sesuai dengan sistem. Tugas akhir ini berhasil mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membuat dokumen RPS yang mudah dipahami dan membantu seluruh dosen perguruan tinggi dalam pembuatan dokumen RPS. Selain itu, dokumen tersebut dapat diunduh untuk disimpan atau diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk memberikan panduan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan. Sistem ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk menyetarakan dokumen RPS.

Semester Learning Plan or commonly referred to as RPS is a learning planning document that is prepared as a guide for students in carrying out activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. The need for an RPS system is very much needed in all universities to make it easier to make RPS documents. At this time, this need still cannot be fulfilled because there is no system to handle it. Therefore, the Semester Learning Plan Document System Application is proposed as a solution to the above problems. This application is based on a website that is easy to reach and can create documents easily. The RPS document that has been made can be downloaded by the lecturer who made the document. In addition, this application can also upload the RPS document that has been made to check whether the document is in accordance with the system. This final project has succeeded in implementing an application that can create RPS documents that are easily accessible and help all university lecturers in making RPS documents. In addition, these documents can be saved for storage or given to students to provide guidance in carrying out lecture activities. This system can be used as a reference for equalizing RPS documents
