Abstract
SMAS Cendana Mandau merupakan sekolah swasta Yayasan Pendidikan Cendana (YPC) yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Mandau. Pembayaran SPP merupakan sebuah sumbangan berupa dana yang harus dibayar siswa/i untuk pembinaan pendidikan. Untuk saat ini, pendataan pembayaran SPP di SMAS Cendana Mandau masih didata secara manual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Namun, metode tersebut dinilai memberatkan bagi bendahara sekolah karena adanya beberapa kasus yang menambah aktivitas yang memakan banyak waktu untuk mengerjakannya dan juga resiko kesalahan dalam memasukkan data pembayaran SPP menjadi besar. Sehingga, salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membuatkan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP untuk SMAS Cendana Mandau. Dengan aplikasi ini proses pembayaran SPP dapat dipermudah dan bisa mengurangi kesalahan dalam pendataan SPP. Adapun tujuan dari tugas akhir ini yaitu menunjukkan proses pengembangan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP dan menunjukkan hasilnya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini yaitu menggunakan model agile. Sehingga pengembangan dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien karena aktif melibatkan klien dalam pengembangannya.Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi pembayaran SPP SMAS Cendana Mandau yang telah dikembangkan memenuhi seluruh uji coba aplikasi yang telah dilakukan, sistem informasi pembayaran SPP SMAS Cendana Mandau juga mempermudah proses pembayaran SPP SMAS Cendana Mandau, dan aplikasi ini bisa dijalankan pada semua browser.

Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool is a private school for the Cendana Education Foundation (YPC) located in Mandau District. Tuition payment is a donation in the form of funds that must be paid by students for educational development. For now, data collection for tuition payments at Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool is still being recorded manually using the Microsoft Excel application. However, this method is considered burdensome for the school treasurer because there are several cases that add to activities that take a lot of time to do and also the risk of errors in entering SPP payment data becomes large. Thus, one way to overcome this problem is to develop an information system for tuition fees for Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool. With this application the tuition fee payment process can be simplified and can reduce errors in tuition fee data collection. The purpose of this final project is to show the process of developing the tuition fee payment information system and show the results. The method used in developing this application is using the agile model. So that development can be carried out according to client needs because it actively involves clients in its development. The results obtained from this study are the Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool tuition fee payment information system that has been developed to meet all application trials that have been carried out, the Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool tuition fee payment information system also makes the payment process for Cendana Mandau Private Senior Highschool tuition fee payment easier, and this application can be run on all browsers.
