Abstract

Pandemi di tahun 2020 berdampak pada semua sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Pembelajaran tatap muka tidak bisa dilakukan karena diberlakukannya social distancing. Akibatnya terjadi percepatan penerapan teknologi di sektor pendidikan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dibantu oleh aplikasi video conference. Aplikasi video conference dapat membantu aktivitas pembelajaran pada masa pandemi. karena dapat mempertemukan pelajar dengan tenaga pengajar secara synchronous dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Hal ini menyebabkan meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasi video conference pada masa pandemi ini, salah satunya adalah Zoom. Continuance Use Intention (CUI) adalah niat keberlanjutan pengguna dalam menggunakan suatu sistem informasi. Analisis Continuance Use Intention (CUI) perlu dilakukan pada sistem informasi atau aplikasi agar dapat diketahui niat keberlanjutan dari pengguna.. CUI ini muncul setelah pengguna memutuskan bahwa sistem yang dia pakai memiliki manfaat untuk dirinya. Pengukuran CUI dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM). ECM dapat memprediksi CUI dengan menyatakan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness dan confirmation akan mempengaruhi kepuasan dari pengguna. Kepuasan kemudian digambarkan dengan variabel satisfaction yang akan mempengaruhi niat keberlanjutan pengguna dalam menggunakan suatu sistem. Tugas akhir ini akan berfokus kepada analisis CUI pada pengguna aplikasi Zoom. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pengguna Zoom sebanyak 400, dan sampel yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah sebanyak 247 responden dan yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini sebanyak 240 responden. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode ECM dengan ditambahkan variabel habit dan enjoyment. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah variabel perceived usefulness, habit, dan enjoyment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance use intention dari pengguna Zoom, sedangkan variabel satisfaction berpengaruh positif namun kurang signifikan.

Pandemic in 2020 has an impact on all sectors, including education. Face-to-face learning cannot be carried out due to the implementation of social distancing. As a result, there is an acceleration in the application of technology in the education sector. One of the solution that can be done is to conduct distance learning assisted by video conferencing applications. Video conferencing applications can help conducting learning activities during the pandemic, because it can bring together students with teaching staff synchronously by utilizing the internet network. This has led to an increase in the use of video conferencing applications during pandemic, one of which is Zoom. Continuance Use Intention (CUI) is the user’s intention to continue using an information system. CUI analysis needs to be carried out on information systems or applications so that the user’s sustainability intentions can be known. CUI appears after the user decides that the system or application he uses has benefits for him. CUI measurement can be done by using the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) method. ECM can predict CUI by stating that perceived usefulness and confirmation variables will affect user satisfaction. Satisfaction is then described by the satisfaction variable which will affect the user’s intention to continue using a system. This final project will focus on CUI analysis on Zoom application users. The population used is 400 Zoom users, and the samples that have been collected are 247 respondents and 240 respondents used in this final project. This final project uses the ECM method by adding habit and enjoyment variables. The results obtained from this final project are the perceived usefulness, habit, and enjoyment variables have a positive and significant effect on the continuation of Zoom users' intentions, while the satisfaction variable has a positive but less significant effect.
